Hi Everyone,

An important announcement from CasinoProfitShare.

Effective as of the 24th of April, the following changes will occur :

CasinoProfitShare has purchased Nostalgia Casino, its players and affiliates from the Adriches Program.

Aztec Riches Casino has been purchased by CasinoRewards.

Aztec Riches Poker has been purchased by PokerRewards.

These are strategic acquisitions by the involved parties in ensuring the future success of the casinos and the development of their related affiliate programs.

The final day for Aztec Riches Poker and Aztec Riches Casino affiliate payments will be paid at the end of month, with the rest of the CasinoProfitShare affiliate payments. During this period we ask affiliates to please be patient while we migrate the casino and their players across to the new casino programs.

Please be assured all affiliate commissions past, present and future will be honoured by all parties.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the CasinoProfitShare Administrator at admin@casinoprofitshare.com.

Kind regards,

Casino Profit Share

All these changes in the last month, I don't even know who's with who anymore.

Phoenician Casino and the Adriches affiliate program has been purchased by CasinoRewards.

And Rakesh just posted this at CAP....so I guess Adriches will cease to exist altogether? Wow, many changes in the last month...the Wagershare/Money Mechanic one for starters.

This probably should have been posted in the Webmasters section I guess, but I don't have access there....sorry.

Phoenician is included in this deal as well, I hear.

These guys need to issue a press release for the gambling public at large so people know who belongs to who....

No kidding Jetset, I'm still trying to figure it out. From what Rakesh posted, it seems Phoenician is going to Casino Rewards, and I guess Nostalgia is going to CasinoProfit Share. And Aztec is going to Casino Rewards as well? I'm gonna have to hire a secretary to start keeping track of all this.

There have been rumours about ITS Management (Casino Rewards group) taking over Nostalgia and Phoenician recently, so this confirms that.

I hadn't heard anything about Aztec Riches as well though....that took me by surprise.

Looks like Casino Rewards is expanding fast - remember they took over Tom Dick's Captain Cooks etc group a while back, too.

I hope they are attending to the complaints we have seen here of W/T rollovers, rude CS and bad communications

Just to add to the confusion, this Aussie press report suggests to me that Phoenician (which belongs to the Tusk group as far as I am aware) has actually been bought by some other outfit - there might be some misinterpretations between casino ownership change and affiliate deals here I suppose.

You'll note that members of the Aztech Riches group are named in here along with Nostalgia and others.

This dates from March 30, '06 btw:

ONE of the state's wealthiest businessmen, Ken Talbot, has increased his exposure to online gambling as a result of a $19.37 million acquisition by listed Brisbane gaming group Global Approach.

Global, headed by executive chairman David Barwick, yesterday said it was acquiring another local company, Tusk Investment Corporation, a group established in 2001 which owns and operates a portfolio of online casinos and poker rooms.

Tusk's major shareholders are Mr Talbot's MDA Capital, which holds a 59 per cent stake; James Canning-Ure, 19.5 per cent; Brian Cooke 19.5 per cent; and Anthony Say, with 2 per cent.

To pay for the acquisition Global will issue 155 million new shares to Tusk at 12.5¢ a share, compared with Global's pre-trading halt price of 11¢.

The deal means Mr Talbot's MDA Capital will increase its holding in Global from 20 per cent currently to 48 per cent, effectively taking a greater stake in the growing online gaming industry.

"The acquisition of Tusk will create one of Australia's premiere online gaming companies and take the number of Global's depositing casino players from 42,000 to 151,000," Mr Barwick said.

Australian gamblers are not allowed to utilise the Global service, with 100 per cent of subscribers being from overseas, notably the US, Asia, the UK and Europe.

"The portfolio of online casinos and poker rooms will give the company critical mass to compete on a global scale and in turn should reduce operational risks associated with the gaming industry," Mr Barwick said.

Presuming Global shareholders approve the deal at a scheduled meeting on June 9, local director Don Nissen, a director of Mr Talbot's Macarthur Coal, will join the Global board as a non-executive director.

Former Golden Casket marketing and business development operative Brian Cooke will also join the board as a non-executive director.

After the acquisition, the board will comprise Mr Barwick, Mr Nissen, Mr Canning-Ure, along with local directors Mike Veverka, Alan Phillips and Bill Lyne.

Global will subsequently own casino brands and associated websites – Golden Reef, Challenge Casino, Nostalgia Casino, Music Hall Casino and UK Casino Club.

It will also hold online poker identities and attached websites – My Poker Profit, Beach Club Poker and Poker Metro.

"Their (Tusk) casino operations are far more mature and it gives us a double whammy of good strategic alliances and strong growth prospects," Mr Barwick said.

Global has also commissioned an independent expert's report on the deal and has an incentive plan for Tusk employees involving the issue of 10 million options to senior Tusk management at 15¢ an option, subject to shareholder approval.

Worry!

As a player, the one BIG worry is the involvement of Casino Rewards, with their confiscatory attitude to bonuses already earned, their "secret" definitions of "risking your own funds", and poor CS. I don't want to wake up and find my bonuses and points earned with Casino Action locked, and I want to be certain WHO is offering my next bonus deal at Aztec Riches and Phoenician. This is an announcement to affiliates, players at the casinos are in the dark. The important thing is that Casino Action are Casinomeister accredited casinos, Casino Rewards have been nominated for rogue status.

I will see what Casino Action player CS have to say about this!

That's two more casino's on the blacklist then... :(

Quite

I have already removed Aztec Riches from my website - I don't want any UK Fruit machine players getting screwed over on bonuses and blaming me!

I already had a watch on the Aztec Riches poker because the website looked like the outfit had stopped running any tournaments after December 2005 - now I know what was going on!

I will ensure I have no money in Phoenician or Aztec on 23rd, especially any cashable reward points. I will probably replace them by opening an account at Nostalgia.

Casino Rewards could always take this as an opportunity to change it's ways though, and win back the trust of players.

Keep us in the picture if you find out anything else about this, Vinyl - we're trying to get clarity on these moves as well, but some of these guys are not what you would call good communicators...

Yeah... and Saddam Hussein could win a total pardon & be granted US citizenship...

Yep, what a shame to lose Phoenician and Aztec to Rewards, I was half asleep this morning and it never even dawned on me.

I have been told I will have to wait till Monday when management are back in the office.

Seems as though CS at Casino Action have not yet been told anything!
Might explain the lack of response to a more routine query on Tuesday, management were clearly busy putting this together.

Still not clear whether this is an ownership change alone, or whether Aztec and Phoenician will be turned over the the tender mercies of Casino Rewards CS and bonus rules.

What would help would be for Casino Rewards to sack all it's CS and contract Casino Action to run the CS for their casinos. The new bonus scheme at Casino Action allows a withdrawal at any time, unearned bonus is lost, but if part of the WR has been done then part of the bonus becomes cashable - the rates are not secret, it's 30x bonus (slots), 60x tables, but.... 300x Blackjack and VP. Having the WR as a multiple of bonus is something other casinos should consider as it moves value away from the big 100%+ bonuses towards the lesser 50% or 25% loyalty matches.

I hope nothing will change with phoenician and nostalgia. Will phoenician remove instant payouts?I am they wont.

Why would you still want to play at either of them under Casino Rewards membership?

The expansion of this group scares me as they are the biggest Microgaming-cheaters out there. I would really like to know what kind of players are supporting this group still, so they can afford to even add new joints to their axis of evil.

-What horrible news this is...! What a sad ending for my Platinum VIP membership with Aztec, Phoenician & Co.

They have problems with only bonuses.
I play there (may be everyday),I win %80 of days that I play.I am at positive there.May be totally I deposit there 5000$ and withdraw more than 20,000$ in last 2 years. They pay me in 2-3 days.

I know they have some problems with bonuses, but I dont use their bonuses.Only deposit, play and cashout. So I cannot stop to play there.

But when a friend want advice from me about one of casinorewards' casinos,I say him about their problems with their bonuses. They dont play but I continue to playing.Because I am not interested with their bonuses.

Of course if they solve their problem with bonuses, they will be better.

I think there are players think like me,as you see, casinorewards buy a new casino every 6 months.

(But I wont let them to buy a new one : )

Hi all,

Hope this confirms and dispells a few things, I can confirm that the ownership and management of Aztec Riches and Phoenician will change from 24th April to CasinoRewards.

Casino Action will however continue to manage Challenge, UK Casino Club, Nostalgia, Music Hall and Golden Reef.

Cheers
Regards
Rakesh

Thanks for coming in here to keep everyone up to date, Rakesh.

Perhaps for added clarity and information you would be good enough to post here a complete list of:

(a) Those operations that will be run by Casino Action group once these arrangements have been completed and

(b) The same for those operations that are to fall under Casino Rewards/ITS

Are these actually transfers of ownership of the various casinos within the two seperate business groups?

*BUMP*

Rakesh - this clarification would be appreciated. How come there is no press release from the two groups on this - it is a major reshuffle.

Hi all,

Glad I could be of service. To answer your queries:

(a) Those operations that will be run by Casino Action group once these arrangements have been completed and
The Casino Action Group of casinos will continue to operate as it always has, minus the Aztec and Phoenician Brands. Nostalgia will be transferred from Adriches into the CasinoProfitShare affiliate program. Casino Action will will continue to operate as usual. You will not see features such as Instant Payments disappear.

(b) The same for those operations that are to fall under Casino Rewards/ITS
Casino Rewards/ITS have taken ownership and will incorporate Phoenician, and the Aztec brands into Casino Rewards. Phoenician Casino, and the Aztec Brands will be owned and managed by the ITS/Casino Rewards group. Features such as Instant Payments will not come across to Casino Rewards. Phoenician and Aztec players are expected to be migrated to ITS/CasinoRewards on the 24th, and affiliates will migrated across to Casino Rewards/ITS on the 18-19th.

Management will be releasing a press release in the coming days, they are in transit at the moment returning from a conference.

Cheers
Regards
Rakesh

Hi Jetset,

Anytime :)

The lineups are correct, although I am unfamiliar with the following domains and brands.

Beach Party Casino.com
Happy Days Casino.com
That 70s Casino.com
Far Out Casino.com
Totally 80s Casino.com
Cotton Club Casino.com

Thank you. Those were (and presumably still are even if now dormant) the brand assets of Nostalgia group on launch.

How about the other players?

The clarification is appreciated. How about Casino Action informing it's own players though who have accounts at Aztec Riches and Phoenician. The 24th is not too far off now, and currently players are still receiving NO indication that the rug will be pulled on 24th with respect to instant payments and Casino Action bonus and tournament rules.

It seems I will become "Platinum" at Casino Rewards by default

Big Deal:mad:
