Hi

I played often in the casinos many years ago until they stopped the bonuses on Poker and BJ.

Then I stopped. I was only breaking even with the bonuses and would have lost without them.

But 2 weeks ago I took a notion to try again.

I chose NordicBet and sent them $60 and got a $50 bonus.

I played slots and after completing 30% of the bonus I had lost $60.

Then they sent me an email and asked for verification, which I had completely forgotten about.

I sent them a photo of my passport and Visa card which was fine.

Then they asked me for a utility bill.

I am a UK citizen and I have retired and am living in Egypt.

I rent an apartment and pay cash every month for rent, electric and water, so I have no utility bills, and I told them.

They said if I could send them a screenshot of my English bank account with my address on it, that would be ok, which I did.

Then they sent me an email and said it was not acceptable and I should write to the Egyptian government and get a letter with my address on it.

I said are you joking? I have no contact with the Egyptian government whatsoever.

So I don't know what to do. I sent them a screenshot of my bank account with my Egyptian address and they said it was not acceptable, after they said it would be.

I told them this is for a measly $60 and you could keep it.

I am just wondering why they didn't ask me for the documents before I started playing and waited until after.

Also what happens to other people who do not receive utility bills. How do they provide verification.

My bonus expires today.

Sorry for talking so much but I am really annoyed with them.

I would very much appreciate any replies.

Thanks

Internet bill, bank statement from local bank? Something has to be on your name there?

If not, never sign up at any casino again :)

I don't have an Egyptian bank.

I am with Nationwide BS in the UK with my Egyptian address on my personal details, which I sent a screenshot of.

They said that would be permissible, now they say it is not.

I told them I was a British expat retired in Egypt, and they asked me for an official letter from the Egyptian government with my name on it.

Why would the Egyptian government send me a letter? I have nothing to do with them.

They asked me for neither of those, except a ltter from the Egyptian government with my address on it.

I had told them before I was a British expat retired in Egypt and 2 times they asked me for an official letter from the Egyptian government.

Why do they think a UK or USA expat would receive an official letter from the Egyptian government?

All this for $60.

My bonus date expires tomorrow.

I have $3.50 in my account.

Will they let me withdraw that or keep it because I didn't comply with their verification?

Now they have sent me an email to say they have closed my account because I am in Egypt.

They say when I return to the United Kingdom I can register an

Before I registered and sent them money I asked if I was living in Egypt was ok and they said yes.

Now they are saying
