Hey, Everyone...

I've been playing online for a number of years, but I've never asked for a withdrawal to be "flushed" before. From reading threads here, I have taken that to mean the money is sent out without a waiting period?

I'm in the US and play almost exclusively with the Club World Group, due to their glowing reputation here, as well as my excellent experiences with them in the past.

It's been quite a long time since I made a withdrawal, and I put one in a little while ago (Thursday night, my time). It's not a huge amount - $900 - but I'd like to have it sent out before the weekend if possible. My questions are, is it probably even necessary to request a flush, since CWC seems to be pretty on the ball with payouts, and if it is a good idea, do I just call customer service and ask them to flush this withdrawal?

Thanks a lot, and sorry for the newbish question.

I think CWC is a great casino group, and most of the time they are fast with w/d's. However, this is what Tom (CWC's Rep/Manager) told me in an earlier thread concerning flushing

Hi ksb11, as far as policy goes we aim to process all withdrawals by the next working day and while I will admit that for the past couple of weeks we have not been able to meet these aims we are certainly back on track now.

Flushing a withdrawal as you describe is a little problematic as once we have removed the funds from your pending withdrawals the RTG system regards the withdrawal as completed. If we do not actually process the payment at this point then the funds will be in a kind of limbo – they won’t exist in either the RTG database or the processor's systems so the fact that payment is still required would need to be tracked manually. This creates a definite point of error and very big crack for payments to slip into.

Kind Regards
Tom

Hope this helps, Curtis

Thanks a lot, Bryan and KSB! That completely answers my question... I knew this was the right place to turn to with any type of question.

I'll just wait for the withdrawal to be processed. In every past instance except once (which was rectified as soon as I contacted management) CWC has always been very quick for me anyway. I need to stop being so impatient!

Thanks again!

Edited to add: Now I just gotta figure out how to say "Thank you for a useful post". :)

You can't use the "Thanks" button until after you have made 10 posts yourself.
I think it's just to stop newbies going berserk! :p

PS: No need to thank me for this info!
