non-sticky, 25x bonus W/R, BJ sites

I'm looking for semi-reputable sites (I don't care if they don't answer emails and take 10 days to pay, as long they always pay), that offer a non-sticky bonus, with a W/R of 25x the bonus or less (I don't care about the percentage of the bonus), and let you earn the bonus on blackjack.

I know of quite a few people (myself included) who can't get Blackjack USA's software to load, much less even discuss whether the play is fair.

There are a few MG's that have a 20x BJ requirement.
