from this email I sent progress play ltd you can get the just of my issue ....

I have a account with dream palace casino and wen I tried to withdrawn my winnings this last week I was refused and account closed !!

I signed up last year for account at dream palace casino

Using all my correct credentials!!

I sent proof !!

I don’t recall having another account ever at dream palace casino

This matter if not resolved fairly and quickly
Will be reported to the gambling commission also flooded on all major chat forums I will approach the media and I will seek legal action.

Progress play ltd already have a bad name widely spoke about over inter net chat forums

I feel that I have been stolen of the joys of winning after playing on the casino fairly with no foul play !

I would expect you will deal with this matter quickly and fairly I look forward to you response and I trust it will be just and fair and detailed !!

It's never a good idea to threaten them with flooding chat rooms media etc.. you simply need to statewhat it is you want them to do and ask why they are not paying you. If they don't respond then then escalate it.
