No Xmas spirit for Guts players?

I too received a hamper from guts, the postman struggled with the box!
Any yes I googled most of the ?'s, today took me ages!

Hey Terry. Googled that question from Guts today like crazy -- really hard to find but finally found it after lots of digging. Lasagna! Hey -- that's for us Italians not Maltese.

I have to say that Guts are good with lots of things. Never had any luck here (or nowhere else for that matter) but I appreciate their DOA free challenges, the free xmas spins, etc. And Yits is an amazing rep.

lol I wish I had read the thread earlier got the answer wrong haha can you tell me what is the doa free challenge? I don't know about this one :)
 
I think it is cool of Guts to sponsor such a nice advent calendar for everyone. I am surprised at how hard some of these were, even after googling I managed to get them wrong. And I've missed several times when I should have had spins because the day gets away on me often.

Sad to see you go. I must stress that I do not always have time to be immediately available on CM. That is not because I do not care, it's because I am working almost around the clock and our |CS team is one of the best in the business. I see them doing most things right, and being extremely courteous and even generous with customers in general. Many casinos don't even let CS give out bonuses or gestures...

You are appreciated, despite what you claim I see it very differently. If you wish, we can take this up publicly or privately - and even involve Max or Bryan if they are available to adjudicate?

hi means nothing fleur , ive played on & off at guts since the start . had a nice break from there reopened account played a fair amount made more than a few deposits pretty much poor play as well , but sadly since Ben has gone seems things have gone with him , i closed my account there yesterday & they wasn't concerned in the slightest, they asked me for a reason & gave them it.

so i shall indeed take my funds else where to where im appreciated ) Yits is to busy to bother & they seem to be relying on live CS , guts seems to be heading in wrong direction but maybe there just too busy with xmas stuff & things who knows (

I appreciate the feedback, and will try to squeeze in an extra reload or two before the end of the promo. One will be forthcoming at least, but you will need to login to find the code and timeframes ont eh actual trivia at some point. We focused mainly on free spins, bigger bet free spins and the points race this year. Something free every day, for almost everyone. Something extra on top, if you take the mission. The Monday Double Deal was also running throughout, and the rewards for taking that reload were enhanced as part of the Monday Xmas missions.

Keep an eye out for the pre-NYperiod too. There will be reloads ;) Not to mention the January Sales...

I know bonuses is rather "something on the side" than the thing casinos are obliged to offer, yet having some special offers during festive season has become a tradition one can't be blamed for eagerly anticipating :)
I was a bit upset to notice that Guts runs no promos this year except Xmas trivia which is open only to few selected countries ("This Promotion is exclusively available for players registered in and residing in the following territories: Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, Malta, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland & the United Kingdom"). I guess I am just in a bitching-n-moaning mood today, so please tell me it's all right and suggest some venue with attractive Xmas bonuses (free spins, 50 to 100% matches, etc.). Thanks!
 
This is valid feedback, see my reply to Fluer-De-Lis - we'll squeeze some extra reloads in. Please note others will be dissapointed with the lack of free spins, if that would be the case. We'll try our best to cover as much as we can.

I've been playing quite a bit at GUTS recently and am disappointed also at the complete lack of bonuses aside from the Monday 40% match. I cant be bothered playing the trivia to win prizes. They certainly will get a lot less from me as a result.

The Xmas trivia is optional - it's just a fun offer and some little challenges. If you wish to deposit and play - you are welcome to at all times :) If it's more reloads you are looking for, like I said it's valid feedback and we'll squeeze some extra ones in. But a deposit and restriction-free play on whatever game you wish is never a problem.

This isn't a big profit-generator - it was more aimed at making people happy and giving them a small to medium level daily challenge. It's a costly promo as it's very inclusive - but we are trying to find as much middle ground as possible.

As always though, your feedback, just like the lion's share of feedback on this thread, is very valid and helpful. We are learning from this - and taking note.

Yeah on the band wagon I jump (again)

Was well dis appointed with this years Guts promos, however maybe I was expecting similar to last years promotion which was amazing to be honest!

Daily free spin offers (for deposits) regular high %age deposit matches, (recall the one weekend was 100% Saturday AND Sunday) and on top of all this we got 10FS 'Stuffed' to be collected on Christmas Day so could end up with 10FS on 24 Different games (IIRC I managed 18-19 out of the 24)

I will be upfront, Yesterdays 5FS on Hooks, turned into a £50 ND cash out but lady luck has to be right on your shoulder for these rare events to occur.

I think although apparently a lot more generous from a business perspective last years promo would have worked well again.

In my personal instance, I deposited at least £400GBP to 'save the spins' for Xmas day and withdrew £0 during this time. Come Xmas day the collective spins paid less than £20 which soon busted.

Fairs fair all around but good profit for the casino and that's just me a humble low roller. These deposit today for points on a leader board and a few FS the following day does nothing for me and 'race' type promos only benefit those with a bigger gaming budget.

Yeah I sent management a polite 'heads up' PM earlier this month, it was not even asking for anything or even hinting at anything, merely sharing an observation which could have had potential consequences for the casino in question.

Now I have nothing against anyone, I know just how busy these casino guys get but to be totally ignored really pisses me off.

My pet hate is poor manners.

I work from home as some know and I can be 'all hands to the pump' but I always find the time to maybe send replies to any messages or queries I may have, work based or otherwise.

It takes less than 30 seconds to type 'So sorry, really bust ATM but will get back to you ASAP' and then quickly scribble a reminder on the pad in front of my PC to ensure I keep my 'promise'

But not one 'physical' gift in nearly 13 years of online play and I have been bloody loyal to some casinos.

Even 10 fags or a 'X casino' pen would go a long, long way, hell even wrap me something up from the £1 Shop!!!

I did have one gift from a casino which is long extinct in that they payed me in full during their 'going bust' crisis and sent me a signed LOTR DVD boxset and board game (wagering based promo however).

See if you can guess which casino this was :confused:
 
Funnily enough, we are surprised that a lot of people seem to enjoy the challenge and actively avoid googling it beforehand. Both are, of course, just fine by us. Some questions are nuanced though, so you need to be careful even after having googled.

Your fault for not seeing my messages then that I actually solve question each night and post it every day in my forum :p
By the way I feel every question has been quite easy to be honest. Just copy past the question in to google and most of them would be answered for you with little research. The one for today is the one which took me longest. But for anyone who do not know answer today is : Lassagne

Please do note, however, that the game performance or the luck you do or don't have, is something out of every honest operator's control. I'm sure you realise this, but it is of course quite painful when luck is excessively not going your way.

Responsiveness is of the utmost importance. Whist you may not feel the urgency in addressing a complaint, players deem your delayed response as a don't care attitude - I know I would (Not saying this is the case). 48 - 72 hours is acceptable to some - But far from what Ben would have deemed acceptable during his tenure as Casino Manager.

I suppose each to his own, and no disrespect intended, but by the looks of this, the standard of the rep has dropped...

I agree entirely. My dealings with Yits have been superb. He's a credit to himself and Guts.

Ive said it before if you look at the threads regularly you will see the same responses from the same people.

The Reps have a hard time on here answering the repetitive posts, Replying to the constant PMs complaining about bad luck and not getting comps. When they do reply to threads it just opens up more complaints and moans.

There are not many Reps that are active in threads anymore and people wonder why. Take Mark at 32RED hes a great Rep, no where near as active and no wonder when you look at some of the threads he has to answer from same people every few weeks.

To compare Yits to Ben is unfair and to expect him to be replying to PMs every day is wrong. Hes a good Rep but do people really believe the amount of PMs Reps get about stupid things, and bonus seeking etc. that they have time to sit on forums every day answering them all.

Seriously some of the threads and posts in this forum can be really bad at times. Sadly some members no matter what they get just want more. They use the Reps to try and get bonuses that have been refused and think okay then ill post it on here and that way the Rep will see it and ill get my bonus to save the peace.

Its a joke at times some of the complaints and whining about free spins, bonuses, bad luck, rigged slots, pms not been answered instantly etc. etc.

Maybe my post will not be liked but its time people stopped using Reps and abusing them. They do a good job and are here to help when needed.

Its Christmas . So is it the end of the world if a casino that's treated you well all year doesnt have best xmas offers. The bonuses and excellent service all year round compensates. Its like Christmas every day.

But sadly people just expect all the time. Everyones got a favourite casino that they thinks great. Do any members send a xmas card to their HQ to say thanks to the staff.

That Rep you do like. Instead of seeking a Christmas bonus do you think maybe ill PM them, not to ask for a bonus but just to say thanks for putting up with me all year and wishing them a merry Christmas.

That poor CS worker that's been getting a bad time all day as some promotion doesn't work. Make their day and say Merry Christmas and speak nice to them and wish them a lovely holiday without complaining.

So glad that some of you have come forward to defend Yits/Guts. Paul and Hhhello ... couldn't agree more. I have been given 5 free spins daily without any request to deposit. How many casinos will do that for you?
