No longer able to access bonus offers

I have played at three different casinos for 15+ years. I have lately been able to cash out two or three times a month, but most amounts have been less than $400. The casinos have all now refused to allow me to get bonus offers or rewards I have earned. Does this mean you can only get the bonus offers if you consistently lose? Is this a common practice?

I've found it's dependant on how good a customer you are. If your a consistent winner they'll mostly claw back bonuses unless you haven't deposited in awhile.

After all, why would they give away even more money to a winner? Exceptions are probably made to VIPs to keep them playing.

I have a similar situation. Only not only do they deprive me of the bonus, but they also close the accounts. As soon as I make a withdrawal 3-4 times the account is closed without explanation.

Now they are closing my accounts, also. This is certainly not very good for customer relations. I am beginning to feel embarrassed by this whole thing!
