Won on Jackpotcity casino, haven’t got $ due to a letter being wrong in my e-mail. They said to. Ack in and change my email and they will resend. I did this but they say email has not been changed and to further help me I need to contact them through the live chat as they need more information. I have tried well over 10 times and no agent is responding. I told them this and they just tell me to go to live chat!!!!!
