Good morning everyone (just realized this is a long post...sorry too much coffee?)
As anyone knows that reads my postings, I don't post often. I'm never sure Where to post (like now). I'm old and out a da loop! I'm still trying to figure out wth a twitter is. Anyway, we all know I'm old and poor. I'm Not a big time gambler like it seems many of you are. Hubby was "downsized out of a 15+years auto dealership job in November 2008, and Just found a new job that started June 1st. phew! I sell stuff on Craigslist, etc to suppliment income.

Anyway when he got his 1st paycheck (once a month pay..sucks) he was happy to let me have $50 to play on. Hay...that's a lot of cash when you've been without for MONTHS! (Yes, I know that's just a tip to the cocktail waitress for many of you) So I went to English Harbor cause they offered me a 200% bonus to 'come back'. Cool. Yes I know I'd have to play the rest of my life to be able to cash out, but I like playing. I enjoy the challenge,,like seeing how far/long I can make it last. I played a few $2 tourneys and just played around on the slots.
OK. I have't been playing very long (maybe 8 years & not often) and never played big money. I retired from a brick and mortar casino. I know the games are set up as THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS.
BUT, my bitch today is I played a $2 tourney this morning. Honestly I don't ever expect to win. I have won a few of their free roll tourneys though. I just wanted to bitch at anyone that can understand why this tourney made me want to bitch and moan.
This was a 25 line with 3 scatters and you get free spins. I mean, w/o the bonus (whatever it is) in a game you can't get ahead. I made 200+ spins and Didn't get free spins ONCE. I couldn't believe it. Not One Time! How can that happen? If our machines did that bad where I used to work the complaints would have hit the fan, and the gaming board would have been all over our fannys! The games are at least supposed to be fun. MAN. I want my $2 back.:sob: It was like somebody just reached in and flipped the off switch. That's it. That's all I wanted to bitch about. Maybe I'm just too new still to know the trick to get it to hit. I changed my bet, I changed how many lines, I tried standing on my head. Didn't help.

On another note, and since you're here......
Anyone remember back on May 22, when I asked about that letter from Intertops and they said the letter for $50 no deposit couldn't be honored because it past the date on the letter, and it wasn't? I finally got a PM from someone wanting to look into it for me but he wanted my account number etc and 1st...I didn't know if I should give that info out**2nd, I threw the info away along with that stupid letter after it was posted here. What should I do about it? Any suggestions? I bow to your knowledge (as usual).

Thanks folks for listening. Have a great day.

I know exactly how you feel:mad: I played Break da bank again - same thing, over 200 spins no free games. When I finally did get them I think after about 240 spins I won a lousy 450 credits & was $200 out

You play Microgamings highest variance slot and expect the free spins to trigger on your first 200 spins?
Its a bit above avarage, but definately not unusual.
I think chances of hitting 3 scatters are 1 : 150?
Only sucks that it paid nothing too.
I've been close to 600 spins without the free spins, but strangely enough it did not munch my bankroll so much, got lots of nice hits in normal spins.
It got kinda funny in the end, 2 valves hitting all the time, but never 3.

200 spins is to low to judge anything and sounds about normal to me. Last week for instance I was playing Mayan Princess and went 1065 Spins with out hitting the free spins lol. I couldnt belive it! Then when the free spins did come I think I won a whopping $6.50 so bad it made me laff. Thank the lord I was low low rolling ;) its all hit and miss example today second spin of that Fat Ladys Game MG. I got free spins feature on second spin ... over all though 200 spins you cant tell anything in my view ;)

Spinning hundreds of spins to hit a free spin is NOT normal in any shape or form.

Casinos continue to do this because players that have accepted this as the NORM , which it ISN"T, keep them alive by this acceptance and continuance of depositing into them instead of demanding an accounting from them.

...I didn't know if I should give that info out**
NEVER give out information unless YOU were the one to make initial contact with another. Always better to be safe than sorry.

As long as I can make withdrawls now and then, and get enough playtime for my deposits, I won't stop playing at a casino.
This is still the case with MG, I'm really surprised about the number of complaints about their software payouts.
Can't really complain about Rival either, ok, I've had some bad runs there lately, but I only lost the money I had won the month before.

RTG is a different story, my last deposit there was 4 months ago I think, took the 300% SUB at Slots Oasis and as usual I got a few nice hits in the beginning, after that the place turned into a graveyard with only dead slots.
And a dead RTG is so boring..

Then I realised that I never ever made a playthrough on RTG, never cashed out anything, not that I played it alot, but hey, I should have been lucky at least once..
So I quit RTG.

That is my point. It is NOT normal to have dead play time or dead bonus rounds. You did what many should do, quit and force the casinos to become fair again. which has NOTHING to do with variance. That is a word being tossed around first by the casinos then picked up by some others to justify slots that have been set to the point of ridiculous by the casinos.

Just as the casinos tried to pacify players by trying to say they were sorry you were having a losing streak etc, come to find out, they tightened the slots to where they pay out nothing in money, fun, time or bonus rounds anymore and their old mantra of, you just hit a bad run got really , really old to the point where some of the casinos got caught with their hand in the cookie jar....

Never have I seen it this bad in the many years I have played. I play in fun mode myself now 95% of the time at the RTG's. They are not worthy of my real money play anymore. Hopefully more will follow to force their hands to become more player friendly like they used to be.

I have been playing online casinos only since Febuary, I deposit approx $500-$1000 a week. Now I have only played for real at 4 casinos - all microgaming cos I love the games & have only made 2 withdrawals one of $500 & one of $800. Last night I played $800 (depositing $100 at a time)in one casino - only 3 different games & did not get my balance over $200. The free spins were practically non-existant & when you did get them they payed hardly anything. The only time I have ever had a big win was with a no deposit bonus & won thousands but you were only allowed to withdraw $300 (off course they have got to get you in somehow & what's better than to pay big on a no-deposit bonus where you can't withdraw it all). I went to bed kicking myself, lol. This morning I am uninstalling all casinos on my comp. I think I will be going back to the land pokies at least you get free games & a payout more often for this amount of money. :D
I like to look at the winning screenshots (congrats to all) & think ok these casinos do pay but when you think about it, how much has this person lost to get a good win like that?

You play Microgamings highest variance slot and expect the free spins to trigger on your first 200 spins?

YES I do :D & I think that it is disgusting that they don't. Even a nice little win on normal play to keep you going would be nice :D IMO
