It's probably Spam-mail and not from the casino at all.
Though some dodgy casinos do send out stuff like this - you CAN get the bonus, but ONLY if you make a deposit.
It really drives me insane when casinos use "marketing tricks" like this. :sob:

Please elaborate - is the e-mail a direct marketing one i.e. mentions your name/username/ac no.? If so it should be honoured, or like others say is it an impersonal spam mail? And which casino? Help us help you here.

I for one recieve them, and casinorewards should be shot for the amount of spam i get
