I'm only a small time gambler but when I play an online casino I expect to have some fun and be treated with respect, oh and winning occasionaly is nice too.

Anyway I've been having problems with nine.com for a couple of weeks now.
First of all I asked them to send them my game logs. I do this at all the casinos I play at if I can't access them through the software. I was told on about 5 occasions that they would be sent within half an hour by the casino manager. It eventually took over a week before I got them. Gus, the casino manager told me he had been on holliday or something like that. Apparently his staff new nothing about this.

I made my first two deposits through neteller but I had to make a third to try and clear their bonus and get some of my money back. I had to make the third using my DEBIT card as my neteller account was wiped out.

I eventually cleared the wager requirement and requested a cashout. The support guy told me it would be processed the folling day. (Today)
I logged on today and the funds where still in my nine.com account.
I spoke to support and they told me have to wait 21 days from my first credit card deposit before requesting a cashout!

This is BS, for a start I did not even use a credit card I used a DEBIT card.

They have nothing in they're terms that say you have to wait 21 days after a DEBIT card deposit.

Do I have a case here?

21 days is too much

6 business days is more than enough...

But I dont understand one thing..

You said you had to deposit in order to meet the requirement?.... what type of bonus did you received?

For example, if you deposit $100 and y ou received $100 and you lost everything, that bonus is lost. They shouldnt be holding payouts for a bonus that has been lost.

Yes, the first payment is awkward at Nine.com . I was told you must wait a week after your first deposit before your first withdrawl. Withdrawls can only be requested over the phone during business hours, EST. Various documentation is required prior to a withdrawl. Once I did all this, the withdrawls via Neteller were near instant.

I gained +$530 on a $200 deposit at this casino. They eventually paid all owed money.

When I played last month, they offered a 100% $200 bonus with ~20x(B+D) playthrough. I believe the bonus has changed since then... eliminating BJ as a vaild game and increasing the max to $300. The bonus is not credited until meeting the playthrough. Multiple deposits are permited to meet the playthrough.
 
I had no problem with them at all. they processed my withdrawal in less than 10 hours. And my win was almost 400$ net gain. Gus is a nice guy. Try talking to Robert too. Tell him that another member of their casino told you about him being nice with customers.

I really do not know about the 21 days. Search their site for this.
 
I had a 3 standard deviation loss here, and others on other boards have had some bad losses as well. Also, when I spoke to customer support, the guy asked me for my password, and when I told him I didn't want to give it to him, he said "I can see it right here, I just need you to verify it"! So, your casino account here could get hacked by anyone in customer service.

I also had a 3 SD loss but on 2 occasions. I made a slight profit on the 3rd deposit but didn't wish to keep playing there so I wound up down about $60 in the end.

Something just doesn't feel right about that whole place and the English Harbour link doesn't fill me with confidence.
 
A 3 standard deviation loss is statistically significant, not whining. We probably should never see 2 people reading this board who had 3 SD losses at a casino, even a big one. The chance that two random people would have those kind of losses is 1 million to 1.

Now consider the fact that 1 million people on this board haven't played at that casino, in fact probably not more than a few dozen, and consider that I've seen several people who had 2 standard deviation losses on other boards, and you quickly come to the realization that something isn't right.

I'm glad to hear that you won money here, but that doesn't mean that the game is straight. You could have gotten lucky, they could be employing different versions of the software (note: we're talking about un-verified independent software, not playtech or microgaming) or you could have played before or after they employed rigged software. The bottom line is this casino is quite probably rigged, and even if it isn't, customer support has access to your account password, which is a major security issue.
