I keep seeing these threads where members are saying people from New York cannot play online. So if that's the case why can we sign-up for these casinos if we cannot play there. I don't understand if everyone in the free United States can play why does New York have to be a banned state.

I really don't think this is funny. This is a serious issue I need to address here. Then what is the whole purpose of online gambling if we (New York) cannot play even when they do accept us. And oh another thing please do not spam my thread.

Hiya: I feel your pain. You see Nevada is on that list. It just redeuces the number of options that we have to choose from. This really hurts those who always use bonus money to play with, as it is just a matter of time before you have used them all up.

When a Proxy is Foxy?

So, all you can do is start writing your elected officials, and since that may take a while before it's effective, start playing around with proxy software like JAP and use prepaid/disposable CCs. I've never used a proxy to gamble, but I imagine something like JAP should do the trick. Worse case scenario, pool with a couple of pals and rent a slot on some VPN, then it's just a remote desktop connection from your local machine to the other box, and you're good to go.
