new to this forum, Issue with BWIN

Hey Guys,

I am new to this forum, I HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR A WHILE, BUT RECENTLY i have had my money seized and spent 48 hours on live chat with bwin, only to be told my money has been seized and to be honest i actually think it is a issue from where i have come from than any thing lese i sent them 55 selfies all rejected can you beleive that, im trying to get my my money its £900 so on here asking for advise and help

Welcome to Casinomeister. BWin are part of Entain and I do not believe we have a rep for them on the forum.

However, as a UKGC licensed operator they cannot just hold onto your funds. For some reason your pictures are not being classed as acceptable to allow you to jump through their KYC process.

I believe Ibas is their nominated ADR ( Alternative Dispute Resolution ) Service.

exactly but so many pictures and none were acceptable but yet the same picture was acceptable to another casino site, you can see my hand, they were bein picky, i had several people take the picture for me i even asked chat GPT, if the picture was acceptable they said Yes it was clear and should pass, and thats Chat GPT, i just cant understand why would they credit 600 and then hold on to 900 and ask for verification at that point
