New RTG Buzzluck

Well the home page has been fixed so congratulations there. I do have to say im not that all impressed with the sign up bonus thoough. Standard 100 % deposit match? Nothing out of the ordinary here, not where you compare Cherry reds 400 % match signup enticement. If your a slots player looking for extended play time, its these sorts of offers in my opion that entices people a lot more. Not only that but it gives someone who is generaly a low roller the chance at being able to bet at higher levels in the hopes of winning one of the randoms. A 50 deposit for example would give a 250 starting balance and allow someone to spin at 1 or 2 quid per spin. Just my two pennies worth. It does look a very nicely laid out and well presented casino and the rep here is obviously willing to do whats needed to be done, i just think the sign up bonus could be padded out, it IS pretty much `the norm`. Cherry red and their other casinos give 150 % deposit matches every weekend as standard! Given the choice as a bonus taker offers like that are always going to attract my business first.

Your right with cherry red its 20 times the deposit and bonus, which would be a little more your right, i would still choose the better sign up bonus though everytime. For example this weekend i could join buzz and get a 100 % or i could play again at cherry and get 150 % As a bonus player i know what appeals more :)

It would seem that the bonuses are withdrawable so a more direct comparison would be with Jackpot Capital's regular 100% bonuses with a 20x WR. Well, 20x beats 25x anytime. The allowed/disallowed games are also similar.

One thing I dont like about in BL's Ts and Cs is that they require a manual review of all play before a cashout is approved. How long is this is expected to take. Can Alex shed some light on this?

I think Jackpot Capital's regular play-thru is 20x(B+D)
Buzzluck is 25x B or "12.5x rollover requirement on deposit+bonus" as it said in email i received from them...

alex, could you please confirm that the bonuses are cashable? I did not see any statement in terms saying they are not....

Yes XOXOXOXOXOX all of our bonuses are cashable after meeting the rollover requirement. We don't do "sticky" or "phantom" bonuses, we think that's a cheap way to run a casino.

What do you all prefer? Cashable, or sticky/phantom bonuses? :D

Ummm.....let's see. Can I get back to you on that?

A cheap way to run a casino...ha ha ha. I like that. From your mouth to God's ear.

Hi Chuchu59,

The manual review is something that is only done in exceptional cases when a player has been conducting him or herself in a HIGHLY suspicious way. This is NOT generally applied to all withdrawals, and to be honest very few of all the withdrawals we process are affected.

We take fraud very seriously at Buzzluck and want to make sure that fraudulent players know that they will not slip through the masses. There are a lot of them out there that make life tougher on us and, subsequently, on the good players like you.

Hope this answers your question....

Anyone in their right mind would prefer cashable if given the choice, but a sticky (non-withdrawable) can be preferable to a cashable if it is larger or higher percentage. What games are allowed is of course important as well (ideally all games should be allowed).

For example if I wanted to deposit $100 and had the choice between a 50% cashable bonus and a 200% sticky, I would probably prefer the latter.

I will check it out too, this was on for a few days but i usually at work during these hours.

if you could deposit in your own currency that would be so helpful.
iam sure you would get alot more dep..
have several currencys
just looking at the exchange rate and wow i would only get .55cents of your dollars for 1 Canadian dollar.
and that sucks for us.
like i got a 30 dollar card here and i would be lucky to get 15 dollars in your casino.
and we all know how long that will last...
looks like i will have to want tell i get more cash.
like to try your casino were you get theses free chips.
Cheers Zack

it's coming.. have you seen their merchant app? "what size and colour is your underwear? When did you last call your mom?" but we'll get it soon.

Haha! On the last question, maybe you could learn more about different cultures. We Chinese, more often than not, live with our moms. Even if we become married, we still live together with them or at least very close. Public transport only takes less than 30 minutes in most instances.

working on multi-currency... Or maybe we'll just open a canadain dollar casino?! We often wonder if people would rather just get X chips for their money or prefer chips in a real currency such as dollars or euros; we follow the land-based process of selling chips in a chosen currency, hence euros.

we'll be having a special free chip trial offer for CM members soon I'm sure.

I "might" be convinced to try a deposit here if you guys offered even US dollars, as compared to Euros. Like Zack, I just can't afford the conversion rates. My 32Red account is in Canadian dollars, but my Inetbet and 3Dice are US...and even that is a killer at times. If I want to deposit even $15 or $20, it ends up costing me $21 to $27 or more, dependent on the conversion rate. Those few dollars can make a big difference when you're on a strict gambling budget. I don't know the conversion right now, but I'm guessing that a deposit in Euros would cost me double in Canadian funds. So if I wanted to deposit $20, I would have to load at least $40 on my card.

As i said in my earlier post i had a free chip with buzz and was able to cash out.
sent docs in sat nite sunday am in moneybookers. So yesterday i took their match bonus deposited 20 back from moneybookers it cost me 34 canadian.
Casino played well for me hit a lot of features never cashed out on this one but my funds lasted me over 8 hours. A lot longer then some of the other rtg i have been playing at. They had said they are looking into new means of deposit so lets hope with this they will change it to canadian dollars. As this would be one rtg i would deposit into. Even using that ewallet is a killer for me 35 deposit to 3dice cost me 49 cdn. Now i try to stick to the casinos that play in cdn currency.

Whatever you do but please dont change your currency. It would finally be nice to have an RTG with randoms higher than 1010,xx or similar.

You could set up a system that allows deposits in own currency and then buy chips at the current exchange rate. Just a tought.

On my CM 100% coupon my playthrough is only 1x bonus (30 euro in this case). Error or nice surprise? ;)

I would say error but the Guys over there are pretty decent and posses good common sense along with an eye for good marketing so I would say send them an email and even thought it is likely an error they may just honour it ;) unless of course there are lots of these circulating for far larger deposits

Great to hear you are having ecocard soon. Dont be like another RTG where I deposited by moneybookers last year only to find that they dont have the same option for withdrawal. I was really pissed off when they told me yesterday that they had just introduced refunds to moneybookers and ecocard. Mind you, only refunds not actual withdrawals. How slow can you get in this jet age.

I too as a Canadian am finding the exchange difficult to deal with. For a casino to play in Euros, it means low-rolling me has bigger minimum bets as well.

While it is clear how much I deposit in another currency from my Moneybookers account, my most frequent means of deposit is my prepaid Mastercard, which settles at a different rate when the deposit is actually processed a few days later, making it difficult to keep track of my actual balance.

If I am lucky enough to have a win big enough to be sent by wire, my bank also charges me a currency conversion fee. I'd be much more likely to deposit and play regularly if you were offering Canadian Funds.

The Euro may be the best choice for a European facing brand, but unless our depositing accounts are also in Euro, there will always be the exchange rates problem. This is compounded because what has been "stolen" in conversion is not itemised as a separate charge, so it would be next to impossible to give any casino host a figure so that we could be "sorted out".

RTG does not currently support multi-currency, it is necessary to operate separate RTG casinos for each desired currency. This gives the problem that the player base is fragmented, and random jackpots do not grow as fast as they might.

The best solution might be a version of something I have seen at Intercasino, where my account is in US Dollars, but it allows me to use THEM to do the foreign exchange, rather than my card company. This is only supported for cards though, not Neteller. The exchange rate should be money market rates, not tourist rates that build in an element of commission.

Microgaming has an alternative solution. Network progressives are both played for, and won, in the base currency of a player's account. This makes it fair, but allows all play to build a single progressive pool for a game, so no fragmentation because players are using different currencies.

The eWallets themselves have significantly contributed to the problem by FORBIDDING players to have separate accounts to service the various currencies that they may play in. The restriction ENSURES that players have to choose a single currency, and pay exchange rates of around 2.5% if they want to play at a casino offering only a different one.

The fees are significant when you consider that players might deposit and withdraw a number of times, having 2.5% sliced off on each transaction. This means a deposit has already lost 5% in potential value before a single bet has been placed.

PokerStars does this for cards AND ewallets. Even though all PS accounts are held in USD, when you deposit or withdraw you select the currency of your bank/ewallet account from a drop down menu. They tell you what rate will be applied before you complete the transaction, so you know exactly what you'll get. And most importantly, it is the true market rate with no currency exchange fee. This is the best solution I have seen to the currency exchange problem.

This is very true. Currency exchange issues as stopped me from playing at lots of places.

Really sure that this is a accredited casino? Support is non existent imo. I haven't a reply yet..

The support has been excellent for me with generally quick responses.

How did you contact them?

You could contact them directly through their website or you will notice the Rep has been active in this thread and you could shoot him a PM.

Hope you get it sorted through Alex then.

Alex what is the problem with Moneybookers?
It has been around a Week now MB has been down, are you going to have it back up as deposit/withdrawal option soon?

CC wds are fine; we've had some issues with paperwork (of all things) with our friends at MB following some tech issues (when it rains....). hope to have MB back up soon. I tell ya, the first three months of "bedding in" are a bitch; appreciate the pateience and support!

Great Casino

Ill keep you updated on how that goes. So far, so good.
