New Rival - Vegassky

I haven't been paid yet, but it won't be 48 hrs until sometime this afternoon. Does anyone know if Rivals process their cashouts at a certain time of the day?

While 48 hrs is acceptable, it's not good enough for me personally. Had I cashed out anywhere else that I play, I would have had my money yesterday. If they can't do it in 24 hrs, I don't play there. Anyway, hopefully it will show up today sometime.
 
I decided to ask live chat, just to see what they say. Very polite, very nice...but five days (possibly) is totally unacceptable, to me. This reminds me why I no longer play at Rival. Especially considering the email I received after withdrawing said "within two business days".

I requested cashout on 12th, heard nothing for two days so I assumed it is being processed. Next came request for ID docs + utility bill. Sent this. Another day passed. Next they emailed asking for front&back scan of my visa card... No problem whatsoever, though I am mildly annoyed at this stage. Why not ask for ALL docs they might need AT ONCE? Scanner is in the office, and I am already home till Monday - meaning it will be more than a week altogether to get moneybookers payment :rolleyes:

Totally unacceptable Fleur. These guys need to get their act together. Other places can pay instantly, or within 12-24 hours. There is just NO excuse for this, none.
 
I am in the same boat as Fleur. They asked for security docs although I deposited by ecocard and said that I was treated like this because I was bonus-banned from several Rivals. Ha! There are several Rivals where I made many deposits without bonuses. Furthermore, I have been verified at 2 Rivals at least so what the heck is the 'fraud' thing. If it's not fraud why are they security docs and what has granting of bonuses to do with it. I was told I played the WRs to only 101% for this ND bonus and red flags were raised. I reached the max permissible withdrawal just as I met WRs so that's the bloody reason.

They have just written back and told me my docs were accepted. Shouldnt I be paid right away. I deposited $50 of my own money and lost it so this casino is only out of pocket by $100. I am sick and tired of waiting and they'd better not resort to stalling tactics like they are doing to Fleur right now.

I deposited $50 by visa card, met WR, and was requested to make a minimum deposit of $25 by moneybookers... since they do not pay back to visa cards.
Requested total cashout of $1325 on 12-Nov, got email saying that my docs are approved... but no money as of yet. Will keep you informed
 
same here.. made withdraw request on the 7th nov. after depositing 25 from MB account..

just been onto live chat.. they never reiceved my faxback docs via email i sent on 12th nov.!! asked me to send from another email account!?! why should i?

Please PM RobRival, and make him aware of these contradictory emails, and have him verify receipt, and get you paid!!

I contacted Live Help today about my withdrawal (requested on 12th, all docs approved). Was given weird and vague responses :rolleyes: like I asked plainly and simply "when am I going to get paid?" And the rep answered smth like "All players who did not violate bonus rules are entitled to payment".
WTF?!...

I sae you guys said that the 38$ will be deducted , but in my case seems it was not

I stopped at 100$ , made a 33$ deposit , played 7 $ , then made a withdrawl of 126$ ... I was expecting to recieve 88$ , but I got the whole 126$ :)

It would seem the the cashier version overrides the one on their website. I also got paid without deduction of $38.

Fleur, fyi my docs were approved on 7 Nov (Friday) and I got my money in my ecocard account on the 10th (Monday). Ecocard and MB are similar so if your docs were approved on the 12th you should have gotten your money on the 14th. Well, over here it's already the afternoon of the 19th. If anyone from Vegassky is reading this, i urge you to be quick as you have not had the best of introductions.
 
Thanks again, Chuchu. I requested cashout on 12th, sent ID docs on 13th, and got email they are approved. Next day they asked for credit card scan, sent as well, so now they say approval date is 15th.

P.S. I sent PM to RobRival. Surely more than a week for otherwise *instant* MB payment is too long?

Actually, this is exactly where the problem lies. This ND bonus is the biggest among Rivals and it is obvious that they want to attract returning customers. However, the security docs and such are most likely to deter players from returning as this has been a hassle for them. On the other hand, those who took the bonus in the hope of a 'hit and run' can easily provide the docs and probably wont mind receiving their winnings a trifle later. So this has been bad marketing on the casino's side and I hope the oncoming casinos can learn from this experience.

I took the $38ND bonus, and had a couple of nice hits on ScaryRich 2. Completed the wagering requirements, and had over $180 when I cashed out. Now I realize that they will remove the amount over $152. I made my required deposit via Moneybookers, and requested cashout to same. There is a 24hr period where I may reverse, and cashier said payment within 48hrs. Willl keep you posted.
 
Security documents request

Hi. I got a request for security documents. They want government ID with my address, which I do not have. I emailed them that I have two pieces of government ID with photo, and that I could provide more than one piece of mail, ie Bank Statement AND Utility bill. Also there is a form to be printed, filled out and signed as well, which you have to scroll down a way to see in the email

I deposited via moneybookers, so I do hope that this is acceptable to them.
 
A driver's license has your address. I went back to their website to review the terms and conditions, and it says "Withdrawals from free bonus promotions of $50 to $150 are only processed when a copy of a utility bill is received, matching the address registered on your Vegas Sky Casino account."

I'll see how fast they get back to me. I contacted livechat to ask about the timeframe, and they said 2-5 business days. I asked what about subsequent withdrawals, the same. That's a long time to moneybookers.

Well, another Casino elsewhere made this request of a customer. It's not that difficult to do, I just hope that I can get a satisfactory shot. I'll scan the health card as well, since I doubt they can see much detail from the card in a photograph.

Can someone tell me what information I can blank out on my bank statement? I don't really want them to know all my business.
