New Rival - Rockbet?

Has anyone ever played here? Or tried it out. just got an email offering me 10 dollars to try it out, however I am at work so will not be able right now and plus it might be just mean spam =)
Although they say they are powered by Rival and are there any rouge rivals yet?

I think that John, formerly of ThisisVegas is the manager of this new outfit so I doubt they are rogue. They have a 100% match withdrawable bonus with 30x WRs on slots followed by a free $10 worth of free spins with 100x WRs.

There are a couple of teething problems with the latter bonus and I am waiting for them to solve the technicalities.

FYI, I lost my initial deposit of $25 because my balance was just below the minimum cashout requirement of $50. I had around $40 when WRs were met.

Also want to add that this could be the first Rival to offer a no-download version of the casino.

I understand that most Rivals if not all share support and other aspects of this gaming platforms backend.

I signed up at RockBet but they were having issues with their games, they were producing connection errors. So I thought I'd try their flash games instead.

Yet when I went to login another username & password had been auto filled to the login form. I changed this to my RockBet credentials and hit enter, only to be greeted with a not so welcoming "Your account has been locked" message.

I returned to the download software and attemtped to login only to receive the same message and to contact support. Which I did not do. What I did was uninstall the software.

In doing so retired to the fact that I'm A ok at 32red and why would I want to play anywhere else.

CM is right that most casinos would do themselves a huge favour if they mirrored their operations.

I will get a new username here but I have moved on to a new program but I am still doing some work with the other rep Liane McDonald to make sure that things at ThisisVegas get better and not worse.

The weekend and early week had some bugs but I think this was across many Rivals. I apologize for that but things should be sorted out now.

Yes Rockbet and ThisisVegas are the only 2 Rivals with no download version of the casino but the others will get that fairly soon.

Rival is experiencing all sorts of bugs. Now I have a problem with cashing out at another Rival. Mormally once WRs are met your withdrawal is approved. Now there is an error code NO_ROWS_CHANGED. Dont know what that means but the withdrawal cannot be submitted. Live chat has admitted its a tech glitch but they have no idea when its gonna be fixed.

That error sounds like a database problem that Rival needs to fix on their end...the CSR's are right in this case and they're at the mercy of Rival to get it fixed.

On another note....the errors do give a bad impression. Perhaps someone overlooked the obvious or maybe the website was thrown together a bit too fast/and or wasn't proofread.

Well Im sure if it was the deposits that weren't working it would have been fixed a little quicker

Maybe Rockbet was just damn unlucky to launch when Rival is ummm ungrading its software.
