Anybody played this yet?

I was curious too, I just got the same email. I haven't played at Buzzluck at all, when I downloaded the casino originally I just wasn't crazy about the look of it for some reason so I didn't even try it out. I'll be very curious to see what peeps say about this game!

[SUB][/SUB] There is a SERIOUS bug in this game. I got the wonders bonus four times and each time they didn't pay what it said I won. My very ,last spin I got it and won $70.45 and was paid $40.45 . I reported it to live support and the woman put up the usual "sorry your losing, our games are tested ,etc.,etc," message. I then told her "I'm not losing, I'm reporting a bug" and she didn't know what I was talking about.
Until someone looks at this I'm not playing that game . Figure I got shorted quite a bit in them four bonus rounds. Wish I knew how to take a screenie as it does it every time you get that bonus.

The person you spoke to wasn't very helpful. The last time I had what I thought was a short pay at an RTG- clubworld I think-the live chat said they would have the "tech dept" check the records of my play.

Send Tom a private message explaining what you said in your post. I'll bet they will work with you on it.

I'm not sure if we are talking about the same thing, but the bonus game picks tell you that you have won some multiple of your bet, (20x Bet, or 5x Bet) when in fact it seems to be a multiple of the LINE bet. So if you are better $5.00 per spin, that's 10 cents per line. If you get the bonus and a "10x Bet" symbol, you win $1.00, NOT $50.00.

OMG I hate generic responses like that. It is so unprofessional.

Stuff like that really turns me off and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

If a casino can't be bothered employing people proficient in English (which is usually the problem) and with an appropriate skillset to at least do some basic troubleshooting, then I can't be bothered spending my money there.

Even if they had said "I'm sorry about your experience. Please send a detailed email to me and I will pass it to tech support" it would have been better than "our games are tested blah blah". I would actually complain to the rep if it were me.

Don't feel like the lone ranger on how to take a screenie. It took me Forever to figure it out on my Win7 laptop.

Don't know what your system is but the the computers and internet geekland section of the forum has been really helpful for me.

Hi Spike,

I have reviewed your game logs and everything seems OK with the win calculations. The last spin that you refer to where you were credited $40.55 is fine - you won $35 on the free spins plus $5.55 on the base game that triggered it. The full detail follows.

I have also been playing this game and hit the features a few times myself. All the wins were displayed, calculated and credited correctly to my account so I am unable to reproduce the situation that you have described.

If you (or anyone else) experience anything like this again please can you take a screenshot and email it over to our support desk marked for my attention. In the mean time i have submitted a ticket to RTG just in case.

Thanks for the response ,Tom. In hindsight I think it was like Niso mentioned above. It says you won 50 credits for example but I misread it as $50. Confused the heck out of me.
