New member needs advice about Videoslots account

Been a customer with Videoslots.com for around a year, account fully verified, source of wealth completed, deposited and withdrawn in numerous occasions. Made a deposit today and was lucky enough to win. Withdrew £1600, message said withdrawal successful. Went on to play and about 10 minutes after withdrawal I was kicked out the game with a message saying you have been logged out due to forceful log out. Tried to log back in and my account had been deactivated. I then recieved an email saying withdrawal denied with no reason. Contacted chat and all they said was my account was having a routine security review, they can't tell me how long this will take but I will recieve an email of the outcome. Anyone else experienced this ?

First of all, did you use a VPN at all? Secondly can I ask which country you are in?

VS do not do this without good reason, VS is a very very trusted casino. Yes they have gone slightly downhill the last few years but they are still highly trusted.

I am sure if everything is in order then you should be ok, unless you have done something dodgy then I really do not know. We do not know you and all we know is what you have just posted so far. So unless you post anymore details etc then we can not come to any conclusions as to why they did this?

Hi, no VPN and in the UK. Definitely nothing dodgy, no new payment method etc. Withdrawals are normally processed instantly, this is the first time I have ever had an issue. I'm new to this site and not sure what I'm allowed to post etc.
