New low for deposit bonuses

Good Gawd, i can think of another word besides disgusting, but i wont even say it, disgusting sums it up good enough, thats pretty piss poor imo:mad:..............laurie

How can they put a cap on how much you can withdraw on your own money? If you are depositing and take a bonus and meet the wagering requirement and get really lucky or hit a jackpot are you S.O.L?, or am I reading it wrong?

3x max withdrawal, bonus is uncashable and 50.67x WRs. The last one, in particular, is nauseating. They had to add 0.67 WR. What's up Rivals?

I have always objected to having any max cashout when Im depositing my own funds and Ive overcome wagering requirements. Fair enough for no-deposit bonuses, but not deposit-based.

If the casinos are afraid of getting hit, then increase the wagering - dont go along the path of what is IMO theft. I also wonder what effect on total payback to the player the removal of excess winnings has?

I think anyone would agree that 30xDB on a 100% bonus is very tough to beat in any case, so I dont see the need for restrictions. Ive mentioned this to Vegas Regal as they are currently doing this for just about all bonuses. FWIW I think wagering 60x your deposit to be able to cashout 10x that amount bites the big one.

I was often wondering if these 0.37% or something must demonstrate how carefully their matematicians work:lolup: and how seriously they take it.

Yep,they do:D Taking such bonus you buy a good amount of PLAYMONEY and playtime.

HUGE - Slots are so HIGH VARIANCE that EVERY half decent session will have most of the positive variance payout confiscated, but the bad sessions will have NONE of the NEGATIVE variance capped. These are also pretty LOW percentages of bonus, so around HALF (in one case) of the starting bankroll is the player's OWN MONEY.

These offers are a real money spinner to the casino, and rely on the fact that most players do not understand how high variance makes these offers worse than playing WITHOUT a bonus in terms of the overall payback the player actually gets to WITHDRAW.

If these bonuses are to be played, then LOW STAKES are the key, giving little chance of winning so much that it gets confiscated. This too has problems, since even if you make WR, the bonus is NOT cashable, so you have really not won anything, rather you have taken insurance against losing your deposit, and this only gives you the chance to play some more to win it back, not cash the "insurance" out.

Yes, I estimate this adds 5-15% to the house egde. In many cases you are worse of taking the bonus than making a non-bonus deposit. This will just make less gifted players lose their money even faster if they fall for this.

If I just wanted playtime I would do fun play, for free, right ?
Rivals, like many others, are just not worth it any more.

How seriously they take what? Each new casino gets crazier and crazier bonus wise. I wonder if they take very much seriously at all. It seems like a big game to me and not one the player can win. :what:

Any bonus with a playthrough of more than 25x DB, I won't even consider. Max cashout? Absolutely not, no thanks. Non-cashable bonus? I don't like these, but I will take them as long as the other restrictions are light.

My last few deposits have been sans bonus due to these ridiculous restrictions.

But Rival is still the best US friendly casino.

Generally I don't take any kind of bonus on my deposit because it's one less thing to worry about if I want to cash out.

There are so many differing terms and conditions at these casinos it's come to the point now where I hit triple 7s and yell out "woohoo I wonder if I won!"

Personally I think the software provider should standardize all TOCs.

If I play MG these are my conditions. If I play RTG, these are my conditions. That way we can put the lid back on this can of worms.
