It's safe. McAffee is being overzealous.

This is not a virus or a trojan. It is detected as a "potentially unwanted program." It is an online gambling application. Upon launching the installer, a user interface is presented. After pressing Next on the initial installation interface installation proceeds without any further display of policies/agreements or request for user input.

Likely to be another false positive. Casino installers tend to do similar things to malware applications. They pull the files for the entire casino onto the PC, and install it.

It looks an odd place for an installer though, but I have seen this two stage download process before. File first downloads to temporary location, and is then copied to the original user defined location.

Software developers should be taking such things into account, and ensuring that their software acts completely "above board", otherwise users will become suspicious when their anti-virus application reveals an action they have NOT given permission for.

What is wrong with the simple, and transparent, straight forward download through the browser's own application? User gives permission, and can select where the file is placed, so know they put it there if it is later flagged up as malware.
