Only as Viaden is based in Belarus bordering Russia and you might know more about it.

Well If you click on this link, it will load for example the chapman slot Old / Expired Link but the setting are not normal, you get many wild for example. And if you click on the gamble feature, the card you have to choose is always the 5 of daimonds, just curious what the purpose is. Get it? hehe

I think he means this...when you gamble in that Anna Chapman slot playing fun mode, the card revealed is always 5 of diamonds...see image below.

I tried that, and that has to be the crappiest game I have seen.

Not the symbols, software, etc, but the game is so lame. I am trying 50 lines, and EVERY spin has loads of wilds that expand to the whole reel, yet I ALWAYS get 20p wins on a number of lines, and win between £4 and £6 per spin.

There is no sound, and have ruled out the problem being my PC. There is a sound/mute setting, but BOTH settings appear to be "mute".

Now, if "fun mode" is nothing like "real money mode", then this is a BIG PROBLEM, as this kind of thing gets casinos sent into the rogue pit here. The fact that the 5 of Diamonds comes up every time is a strong indication that the fun mode is highly misleading, and I am puzzled how on earth Viaden got this past the UK Gambling Commision.

Games are looser in "play for fun" mode than in "real" mode. No pay - slow pay.

All "fun mode" games should use the EXACT SAME software, settings, etc as the real thing, and should also have the SAME RTP and variance. A session on a fun mode instance should be a proper experience of what to expect when playing for real.

If this fun mode Anna Chapman IS what is supposed to happen for real (except the 5 of diamonds), then it is a crappy game, and not something that would interest me.

In order to break into the market, a new software can't afford to have things like this happening once it has gone live, as a poor first impression can be hard to correct.

Top Game had loads of issues similar to this, and they never managed to improve, and just kept on having issue after issue, and now very few players trust the software, and even if they DID manage to iron out the problems and make the software as good as the rest, the damage has already been done.

Top Game needs to be put out of it's misery, and this is where new entrants like Viaden come in. Learn what the others got wrong, and make sure issues are fixed QUICKLY, preferably when the market is limited, rather than world wide.

Viaden should fix these issues whilst they are restricting play to one country, and make sure the problems have been ironed out before marketing elsewhere.

Viaden should steer clear of the US altogether, so that if regulation is passed, they will be in a very select group of operators and software that has NEVER offered service to the US players whilst the authorities considered it illegal.

The link I gave was not the "official" playmode link advertised on the website, the link on the website is correct and plays normal, I dont think there is a difference between the playmode and the realmode. I dont want to discredit slotmeister or Viaden, I just wanted to know what the general purpose is, maybe I should have PM'ed slotmonster first to get an explanation. PM'ed Slotmonster.

We assumed you used Firebug or something like that to get the link from page source code, because the link you've provided us with is a direct link to flash source (we will fix it of course and apply a redirect even if you click that link ). When you load a game through that link - the game will start and you can play, but it won't connect to casino server (offline mode).

So, the valid link is: Old / Expired Link

Just a little remark,

I tried your video poker. I have hardly played video poker before, so I am not an expert. But when you win, the "deal" button is replaced with the "double" (gamble feature) button. For me, this seems like a "cheap" strategic choice to get players to gamble. Don't like it.








Net Entertainment, Playtech and Microgaming all have the "gambling" feature option as an "own" button somewhere, so that the "gamble" feature don't will be confused with the "deal" (or play) button.

Do not want to say from my own, so will just provide a quote from our CEO:

Well, as you may seen, we are Isle of Man licensed. Isle of Man is white listed jurisdiction for UK. That means that we are working 100% legally in UK. In other countries it is questionable - somewhere it is completely illegal, like in the US, somewhere it is partially legal. So we do not want to accept any "gray" business in the very beginning - we want to operate 100% completely legal and transparent.

In the near future we plan to get Italian gambling license and start operating in Italy, but at this moment I'm sorry sorry, but we accept only UK and Isle of Man customers. You can try our games for fun if you are from other jurisdiction.

I also want to add that we are still working on our newest slots and will add them to our casino as soon as they are tested and released. By the way, Anna Chapman slot has very good RTP - 98%!
