:yahoo::clap:

I am a great admirer of Nordicbet (as some of you may have seen on this forum :o), so I am very very very excited today when the same guys behind Nordicbet have launched a new casino called Maxino!

I have just tried some spins there, so I was probably one of their very first customers. I even cashed out some hehe!

They are offering games from different suppliers including Microgaming and NetEnt. Maxino is probably focusing on more markets than Nordicbet, as players from quite many countries are eligible for a welcome bonus.

One thing I especially noticed was how well made all of the game backgrounds were. Some of the best I have seen on NetEnt/Microgaming games.

Well done Nordic...and BEN (the great rep on this forum). Congratulations :D

Thanks for the head up :) just signed up and deposit
didnt like this though been a while sine im charged ekstra for a Neteller deposit ?
wonder if they charge you for wihtdrawal as well like Nordicbet does
Yeah - someone told me recently that some NetEnt casinos charge players to deposit. Frankly I didn't believe him until a few days ago when I saw that Interwetten charge 2% for Skrill deposits; and now The Viking has seen it somewhere else.

I think this is a very bad move for NetEnt casinos - or any other brand come to that! Don't they make enough money off their players without having to impose these extra charges? I'm sure it will drive some players away. :(

.

Who wants to be the first to play Super Lucky Frog at Maxino hehe!

You know a casino is only a few hours old when you see Jackpots like these :D

Woah let me get this right, they're applying a deposit surcharge if you use Neteller?

And let's remember that you pay a percentage fee on the deposit to Neteller from your debit/credit card as well!

When I deposited to Unibet with a credit card they charged me a fee which I accepted, but when I deposited with Neteller there was no fee, which is what I would expect.

Imposing a deposit surcharge for using Neteller is pretty lame.

.

It does say on Maxino that the fee for depositing by Neteller is 0.

I am sure that the rep from Nordicbet will clarify this :)

Hello everyone!

Firstly I would just like to introduce myself briefly. My name is Robin and I am the Assistant casino manager at NordicBet. Ben is on holiday and until he is back I am happy to help out in any way possible.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and you are completely correct. We should not have any fees for e-wallet deposits on Maxino. I have made the payments department aware of this but until we have resolved this we will manually reimburse any such fees.

I know I am not Robin :p

But I see that players from UK can claim the welcome bonus + 10 free spins for signing up (players from 18 countries can claim the bonus + 10 free spins for signing up)

Although there are some differences on WR depending on your location. Either 40 x bonus or 60 x bonus.

This shouldn't even be possible, and what is worse they are asking for more money than you have already lost to them. Normally, casinos will only remove an erroneous credit when you cash out some winnings, as to not do so exposes them to scammers who would exploit any error. Claiming your account is negative is the same as them having allowed you to play on credit - they could inadvertently be breaking the law if they don't, for example, have a license to offer credit and try this on a UK player.

It seems the launch is riddled with bugs, and someone should be making sure these don't end up giving players a bad impression. Someone should have stopped this email going out and done some checking into how on earth the account could have a negative balance. If it was an error on the casino side, they should have written it off as the player did not benefit. They would have a hard job enforcing the demand anyway.

Not the best time for someone important to go on holiday is it, straight after launch.
