I think the main problem with wire transfers from online casinos is that they dont always come straight from the casino's bank account.

Most casinos use a third-party processor, so they have to send all the details to them, and wait for them to send it on.

Even if this isnt the case, the problem can also be that several banks are involved and, if each bank takes 3-5 working days to pass on the funds, you can see where the delays can happen. It could also be a simple incorrect digit in the account number etc or some other kind of error. If people were posting about waiting 7 days for a Neteller payout I would be the first to step up, but lets just give the casino a chance to sort it out.

Trezz is right when he says he can send a wire to the US in 1 day - from his bank directly to the receivers bank. Unfortunately the casino funding/payment setups arent usually that simple.

Also, IMO, if Melanie is dealing with Rebel's issue via PM then we should leave it at that - throwing around unhelpful comments doesnt help the situation at all.

How about we all wait and see what happens with the PMs etc eh??

I did play the $25, met the very low wagering requirement and have $229 for cashout, the $25 will obviously go back to the casino and the limit for cashout is $200 which happily I made. Just wanted to give an update on my experience so far with Grande Vegas. As I said I had made a withdrawl for $225 after meeting the WR on the $25 ND bonus. The only problem I have had is they do not offer Ewallet Express for withdrawal as they have it for deposit. CS had told me they would set up my ewallet when my withdrawal was approved. After receiving an email stating they couldn't process to my ewallet, I resent the accounting my ewallet info and they still I suppose wasn't able to process the withdrawal, maybe because I hadn't deposited through my ewallet. But I received an email from them today that they had opened a Quicktender account for me and deposited my withdrawal of the entire $225.00 in it, they added a link to go to my account. But when I did this, quicktender asked for my loggin info, well surprise, Grande Vegas forgot to email me that info. So I spoke with CS and they promised to have the accounting department send me the login info for my new quicktender account. So at this point they did send my withdrawal not just the $200 as was stated in the bonus rules to be the max for cashout but the whole $225. So now I am waiting for the login info for quicktender. I had also decided to register my own account with quicktender thinking maybe this would link me up to the one Grande Vegas opened for me, but got a message that my email address had already been registered, so this confirmed that Grande Vegas did open an account for me.

I got the same spam the other day, I sent a copy of the header and affiliate link to Melanie and she said it would be looked into. I suspect/hope that they will be dropped from the affiliate program and any funds due withheld.

The problem with affiliate programs as I see it, is that anyone can sign up to be an affiliate at most sites, and only get booted AFTER the spamming has been discovered by the site. That's why every spam I get that's for a reputable casino gets forwarded to their affiliate support. :icon_twis

Every spam I get also gets reported to SpamCop.net, easy to sign up, free to use, and if a particular spammer gets enough complaints to their ISP they may get booted there too. It doesn't always help, but every little bit counts on the war against these spammers.

To clear up the confusion regarding the Grande Vegas / Gold Vegas Casino issues I would like to clarify the following.

Grande Vegas casino and all the management adhering to the Casino and website is done in isolation and not in connection with any other casino. Other than our support staff, which we have stated is out sourced; Grande Vegas is maintained and managed separately from any other group or casino. Sulkin Limited is a large company with many holdings and Grande Vegas has never attempted to hide that we are owned by them.
