Question Netent technical error

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if anyone has encountered a problem similar to mine and if it was resolved please.
Last week I was playing the new south park slot when all the netent games went down for I believe an update. Since then I have been unable to access the game. All the other netent games work but with this one I just get a black screen advising me of a technical error and to return to lobby. I have queried this with the casino in question as I am able to play the game every where else. I have been advised that they can see no problem and I should clear cookies, history ect and try again. I have done all this and tried through three different browsers with no luck.
Does anyone know whats happening.

Is this something that is happening on both the real money and free play versions? Which online casinos have you tried playing it at?

This is only an issue if I want to play real money in this casino. I can play for fun all I want, and I have no problems playing it at any other casino I try for fun or real money

I just checked Unibet, Netent is down, or so it seems...

Now the question is, is it just a server issue or something "normal"
Or... did some player with hacking skills, after getting 750 dead spins in a row on wonky wabbits, ragequit and then ddos'ed their main server? :p

Everything in between 50 dead spins and 2000 dead spins is quite normal in that machine. :rolleyes: I am really wondering if that RNG they use fits that game.
 
Hi Everyone,

I just got an email from Netent stating that they have a technical issue and the games are down. There was nothing mentioned about Wonky Wabbits being the source of the issue.

I will give an update when i get one.

nope but it was fine over at redbet , i just logged into guts clicked it got a black page

It's dead there too. I signed up thinking "at least it works somewhere" only to find the game loads but shows a zero balance.

Judging by the time of the original post, its been down nearly four hours. Not very impressive especially given their lack of communication!

No, i'd think the O.P. was a separate issue, after all that was concerning one particular game, and only on one site too...
 
Netent is back online, for us anyway.

We tested the games and found no issues. Sorry about that, still have not heard what the cause of the problem was.

Thank you. Yes it is a seperate issue. One that has been ongoing since last week and one I am still no closer to getting resolved.

I realise that this is an older thread now however my problem persists.
The issue occured in October last year and I am no closer to getting a resolution. This is what happened. I started playing on the south park reel chaos slot when netent went down for an update or something. I was in the middle of a bonus round but didnt worry as this has happened before and all was back up and running with no problems. This time however I recieved a technical error message and cannot access the game. I would like to point out that this is only one game at one casino. I have been in regular contact with the casino and they have assured me the problem is with netent and have been checking with netent for me but there is no resolution yet. I personally feel that over 3 months is too long for this issue to remain and I am getting nowhere. Does any one have any experiance like this or any help they could offer. I would appreciate any feedback.

Hi I need help and I'm hoping there is someone who might be familiar with my experience. I was playing gonzos quest at casillion.com and the game was going like usual, ups and downs. I hit the bonus round and win 316 euro on a 1euro bet. I've won less and more than this in the past but as soon as the spins were over and was loading to the regular playing rounds, I received a technical error message and return to Lobby message. I've gotten this message in the past and whenever I do this then refresh the game, I automatically continue from where I've left off. This time was different and all my winnings were GONE. It didn't show I had just fjnished a bonus round. I contacted the casino support and they said they will be in touch with netent. I receive an email today saying netent has voided all my winnings due to an error and the decision is final !!!!!!

Netent voids winnings

In my game logs and history it shows that I won 316 but then the bet after that, it shows my balance as the same . Had 48 euro before bonus and on the bet after the bonus it shows 47. The casino refunded me my 1 euro bet. I called netent headquarters and they said they don't usually speak to private customers, only the casinos. They instructed me to contact the casino and request the reply from netent stating the reason for voiding my winnings. I did this but the casino said that I cannot get this email as there is sensitive matter involved,ftw!
 
I had the same problem, I could play the free money version of the NETENT game (forget which one) and could play the real money version at other casino's
The useless advice to clear cookies and cache, Obviously never worked. The casino never contacted me back while I was waiting for their technical team to look over it.
I just moved to another game
