Hi All:

Few weeks ago, I read a member here suggested that when S/he plays DOA, always uses euro.
I have a feeling that netent slots pays better in euro. I have no proof but here in my case:

I have 4 AUD accounts, 2 USD and 3 euro

AUD and USD accounts are all in deep red... that total almost -75K

2 euro accounts, made profits, total 10K+
the other euro account I just opened with whitebet and 3 deposits I made 700 euro in profits

I have been playing creature from the black lagoon for a while, top 2 best won are in euro 750x and 550x.
Comparing with AUD, the best won on this slots is 469x.
here I am talking almost 100K spins on this slots.

So is that real true, that netent pays better in euro?

thanks

In a way, it may help with something like DOA since you'd get more spins per £ if you played in Euros.

£100 = 126 Euros, so it would be like playing with a bonus of 26%, without the WR.

For me as a norwegian its better to play in NOK or GBP.

1 E = 8 NOK 1 USD = 6 NOK 1 GBP = 10 NOK, so lets say i bet 0.45 €,GBP, or USD.(4,5 NOK would be the equivalent) I would win the most if i was playing in NOK or GBP.

I have won huge with all currencies so i dont think it matters at all.

I have hit 10K USD on Gonzo, 10 K Euros, 5K GBP, 100K NOK on several slots. So for me betting 10 NOK a spin hitting a 1000 x bet spin would pay me more than hitting the same at 1 Euro spin.

That would mean it would be smarter to play with USD or AUD as in the OP's case.

I only have accounts in USD and I'm up at a few casinos and down in others.
Could it be luck in my case and the currency in his? I don't think so.

I can't see how the currency could possibly affect the odds of winning.
My advice is to always play in the same currency as your bank account/E-Wallet if possible to avoid currency exchange fees on deposits and withdrawals.

while 0.45£(0.42£) is equivalent to 4.5NOK. 0.45$ and 0.45€ is NOT equivalent to 4.5NOK, 4.5NOK would be 0.54€ to be the equivalent value. And for USD 4.5NOK would be 0.73$.

So if you bet the equivalent you will win the same no matter what currency you are playing in.

Again you are not comparing apples to apples, 10NOK is 1.19€ so if you bet the currency equivalent you will win the same real value.

Agreed

What i ment is its the same in bet size.. 10 NOK - 1 euro and so on. Not actual value in money.

Fair enough but that's an useless comparison, it's like saying if i bet 1€ instead of 0.8€ i win more in monetary terms but not as a multiple of stake.

I would say that it's more like playing with a lower bet size and nothing at all like playing with a bonus. He could just lower his bet size and get the same effect.

But if you're playing DOA on MINIMUM stake, where it can be a matter of the more spins the better.....
OK, if you do hit a really good bonus round it won't be quite as valuable. But it'll still be good enough

Sometimes with some netent casinos, even though I purchase in CAD and my account is in CAD, it charges the fair value in euros, and I get hit by an exchange fee on my card, in addition to the foreign transaction fee.

I don't think any currency pays any better than any other. It's all "credits" as far as the game is concerned.

How much currency exchanges and bank costs may make one casino over another a better value, but I seriously doubt it changes the RTP in any way.

There are some fine casinos I don't play at as for me, euro play is not ideal. I did play one recently that was in pounds, and at one point I went "duh" when I realized I was playing double my usual stake.
