Phoned CS at DASH (spoke to 32RED rep) when made deposit (Instant reduction of Neteller bal)
but not credited in Casino balance.
Rep said no record of payment being made - 32red's had day long probs and await solution to be provided.

I had the same bug and tried Internet Explorer which worked in the end.

Got into my nt account
Starting to think this might be a Casino problem - and NOT Neteller at all

32RED information has steered me down this path , maybe they simply F'd up ???
Cos I can't find where that deposit ended up
(except neteller quotes a big long transaction number...)

I WILL INVESTIGATE FURTHER

32Red now trying to locate that deposit !
Seems mine is among the last(?) of the problems - having not yet been rectified, since a few hours ago when Neteller advised THEM (...but not me) that it was in "the pipeline".

There appears to be a routing issue of some sort on the login page. Maybe that is also affecting the integration between casinos and the neteller servers, hence your missing transaction?

Have been unable to log into Neteller from a Mac on ANY browser for last 2 days.

Managed to get this morning via a UK proxy using an Android tablet with Chrome browser. Still not from the mac, regardless of proxy.

Very weird indeed.

Rang Neteller last night and they said they knew of the problem and to "try later".

I had no problem logging on to Neteller today, but I could never load banking at 32Red as I would ALWAYS "lose the connection with the casino server" when trying to load banking, even though I could play the 20K with what I had.

I resolved the issue by resorting to my standby solution, using the instant Flash casino for banking, and also managed to find that it's now possible to play the 20K tournament in the Flash casino too

I have not tried deposits at any other casino recently, so I can't say that it's only a 32Red issue with their banking page in the download.
