Neteller's recent issue's
Ok, when Weteller finally allowed me to access the sign in page today however it now decided that due to security reasons my account was closed and if i wanted to continue using Weteller I had to make another account and sign up. I don't think so!!!!! Phoned CS shock - long queue, gave up!
Anyway I went on to their site through my iPhone using chrome - I signed in, and my account was fine -
Over the last few days, the only way I have been able to use Neteller since all their problems has been to login on through my phone refresh the neteller page and it finally brings up my login page. Adding the funds hasn't been a problem. (touch wood)
OHHHH FYI (stay with me guys, this is a good one.....)
I used my Weteller card recently in Argos and my card was refused despite having funds, I went to the ATM outside and again refused. Fuming, I called Neteller and they said - You used your card with a merchant that is blacklisted and so security automatically froze your card.
I did try explaining Argos is a high street store and this was more than inconvenient but they insisted and told me in no uncertain terms they will unfreeze my card now but if I attempt to use it with that blacklisted merchant again (Argos) my card will be frozen immediatly.
Anybody else hear of such a thing, because I sure as hell haven't!?
