200x bonus if memory serves so looks like you've completed it) 10200 needed to be wagered not sure if any games count as less though.

Was the bonus a NDB Stevy?

There was a situation I had back in 2019 (when CR still had 30x wagering on bonuses). *

* I had to find the post in the April 2019 Winner Screenshots thread to tell you what I am about to tell you.

What happened was I was given a £20 "Lucky Day" bonus.
I also had £6 worth of VIP points earned from play on a recent deposit, so I redeemed the £26 bonus funds on my Casino Kingdom account.
So off I went thinking I had £780 of WR to do.

Anyhow I played MM Isis and Jurassic Park, landed some hits and when I had done £780 of wagering, my balance was at £427.

So I went to check if my bonus balance has been changed to £0. It hadn't.
I decided to play on until I dropped to £400, then would check again.

By the time I had dropped to £400, I had now wagered £1,043.20, meaning I had played the bonus through more than 40 times.
Went to check again. Bonus balance STILL not at zero. Now I know something is amiss and I went to check with live chat.

And then I get the bad news. The WR was not £780, nor was it £1,040. It was £3,149.88!
How so? Well, on March 18th, I made a £150 deposit at Casino Kingdom with a 125% bonus (£188).
That meant a WR of £5,640. But I busted out having completed £3,270.12 of the WR, leaving £2,369.88 of the WR "unmet".
Just for the record, when I busted out, I did zero my balance in order to "kill" the bonus.
But because the £20 Lucky Day Bonus was essentially a "second chance freebie", the unmet WR from the initial deposit was added to the WR for this LDB.
So £2,369.88 + £780 = £3,149.88. Which meant I ended up having to wager the £26 a little bit more than 121 times, instead of 30.

For the record, I went back to JP, hit 100x on Dilophasarus and cleared WR with over £1,000 and cashed out for £900.

That's the only plausible reason I can come up with to explain why your bonus balance did not go to zero, after you had successfully met the WR.

i always zero any remains of a bonus, fell into the same situation as your self where i left a couple of pence from previous bonus once bitten never again.

i ll give it a few days time difference etc
Good plan. I'll flag Renee on this but I'm sure you'll hear from her ASAP anyway.

just had a response from Renee at casino rewards apparently when you get a bonus and play but do not make the playthrough and even leave zero balance it does not cancel it carries on to next bonus unless you make a deposit, in my case because i had a previous bonus which i did not make playthrough even though i made sure nil left in account. and when i got vip bonus of £50 the remainder of previous bonus was added making a total playthrough of £24.600 yes £24.600 i was short by £13405.83. now i never knew this term was in place and have been playing at casino rewards for years. i find it very wrong what are your opinions. i have asked Renee where this is in there terms and conditions.

No such thing as free money. Even by cranking up wagering to 200x so that's hard enough, they then carry over remaining funds unless you've made a deposit in-between, glad I've just closed all my accounts down.
Stevey time to say goodbye to them bud.
