ND from Grand Prive - play it or not?

man I'm WAY out of the loop...I had some Grand Prive accounts but closed them awhile back - I didn't realize they're not MG anymore, they're the same software as Treasure Mile (whatever that's called)

The terms are 40x playthrough and $250 max withdrawal. You know, I don't think I'm even going to bother - they're in the pit here anyhow right?

GrandPrive is still Microgaming......

I win there quite often and always get paid.

Hope this helps with your decsion.

listed on the mailer and spoke to live chat and they said it's not MG anymore, and the games preview is that other software. The mailer said this includes Casino GrandBay, Bella Vegas, Jupiter Club, Lake Palace and Roadhouse Reels. Maybe they're switching and just haven't told anyone yet?

EDIT: Found a post, they switched from MG! I'm not losing my mind...the new software is BetOnSoft.

I got this CD in the mail with a $100 ND - should I even bother?
Sure - why not!
OK, so they screwed their affiliates big-time, but I don't recall any major player complaints against this group and if it's no-deposit you have nothing to lose.

Good luck!

I played it and cashed out and got paid. Its worth it for the free chip, will I be depositing though? Nope, too slimy an outfit and also the ONLY way you can get paid is by cheque and they take a fee for doing that.

Grand Prive pulled a really nasty stunt with affiliates, costing them a lot of money.

I don't care if it was only affiliates that got stung, if Grand Prive would screw them, they would also screw players.

I want affiliates to promote good, safe casinos with good reputations so players can play worry free about getting paid if they win.

I think players should stay away from Grand Prive, if only to support the affiliates' position about Grand Prive's cheating them.

How can you ask an affiliate to stand up for the player, if the player won't stand up for the affiliate?

FWIW, I played the freebie at Bella Vegas and won and received the max withdrawal ($250) in about 5 days. It was sent by wire so I do know they have that as well as checks.

I am not sure I will ever deposit there though because of their past. I do however LOVE BetOnSoft! I have done much better there than any of the other major software providers this year.

I also won on there chip. Cash out the max, got a check in the mail for $220 and 21 days later the check hasn't bounced. So I'm going to assume it's good. Now here's the kicker though. It came from Kanawakee? I thought they cut all ties with them or am I just confused?
On the other hand, the customer service has been friendly and very accomodating. My cashout went beyond the 48 hour hold period. I contacted them and they flushed it no questions asked. Later that day my withdraw was paid and sent.
I might deposit if they keep showing in good faith that they pay players, but I dunno. Screwing peoples bread and butter is a whole different story.

I dont think you have anything to lose by playing the ND, who knows you could win and cashout the 250.00. Good luck to you, whatever it is you decide to do.

well I was bored so I played it - bet stupidly high and didn't win so it lasted about 3 minutes. Then I uninstalled the software and did their "why are you uninstalling" survey. :)

They have now started pulling stunts with PLAYERS too. Exactly how many players were told of the software change, or were they finding the casinos suddenly stopped working when they tried to log in, and fearing the worst about any remaining balances.

As a former player there I have experienced the old trick of them getting an agent to LIE to me over the phone in the hope of getting me back, not just once either, but a few times.

this last sentence i had to say :
your the business here, you make money from happy, satisfied costumers, so its in your business BEST interest, to make sure they are happy, and you do that, by making sure they are brought under safely, and maybe even applying them with a special afffiliate bonus.
so if you as affiliate are screwed by nother business, its wise to not send your players there anymore, but thats all you can do.
never ask the player to stand up for you, THEY are the ones risking their money, not you.
business-to-customer integrity etc etc

Actually Vinyl, I believe there were some player issues even before. I seem to recall reading complaints about bonus offers not being honored or players being blacklisted from bonuses after winning or something like that a few years back when I was still playing there. It's a little fuzzy but I know there were some issues aside from the affiliate stuff because it was the player complaints that made me decide to stop playing there.

I stand corrected Grandprive not microgaming....

I played at "betgrandbay" today, the games are ok, a welcomed change.

Of course, still no bonuses, like microgaming.

Four days isn't bad at all for a check. I have yet to cash out at any of these places and I just got the latest CD with all 5 offers. Maybe the 20th time or so is the charm...
