Casino Complaint N1 Casino refusing to verify and acting nonchalant!

So I deposited at N1 Casino 11 days ago. I managed to beat the wager. Send in the usual docs, but unlike every other place I played at for the last almost 20 years they refuse to verify my account. Selfie, selfie with passport, selfie with passport and a handwritten note saying "hi N1 Casino"

I asked homerbert in private and tagged him 3 or 4 times, but he chose to ignore me ( I assume since he answered others in the thread).

Besides the selfie nonsense I have shipped them my passport,social security,bank info, card info,proove of adress etc...

I did express my discontent and told them I would try to get help from here and would try to contact the representative, but that was ignored. Meanwhile I have been hammered with offers the last 10 days!

I guess I just find it really strange, but maybe not surprising since I found out they didn`bother to get the license before offering their product to danish players!

Any advice or help @maxd would be appreciated.

Well. I guess you remove this complaint, since they verfied my account a few hours later in the morning.
Just going to tag you again @maxd -so that you don’t wast your time.

Happy to offer help and advice during the week. On the weekend I am generally busy with other things.
