Some Microgaming casinos especially drive me nuts - they usually have a minimum where you're able to cash in, and just when it seems you're getting close to that mark, half your points expire! This has happened to me 3 bloody times at one casino.
I'm not a big depositor or a big better, so it takes me maybe longer than some to rack up comps - but IMO I earned those points by my play, and it doesn't seem fair that they just can take them away. It feels like blackmail almost, "Give us more money so you can cash in your measly $5 or $10 in comps or we'll take away everything you've earned so far."
I know it sounds ridiculous right?
I just don't think that comp points should expire in a casino where you're playing all the time. If you stop playing for a couple of months, then sure take them. But to take them when you play all the time and just haven't been lucky enough to get any playtime just adds insult to injury.
What do you guys think?
