USA Players,

Is anyone from the U.S. having delays with getting the fedex checks from cub world casino? ive been waiting and waiting...... i put in the wd on july 29. it was denied, they said i needed to send in documents. i told them i already did, they checked, and it was approved august 3. i thought it would be here already, but nothing. my last wd took a total of 10 days to get here. this one is dragging.

i hate that usa players have to go threw this with club world. ive been playing online for over 8 years and this is unacceptable.

also i thought fedex was next day mail, not 2 weeks or more. i hate it that they cant give a definite day when it will arrive, its always between 3-7 working days.

id love to hear about any other usa players with fedex check withdraws to see what their expereinces were.

Crank up the pressure on this group. The delays for USA players is nothing new to them and if Slotocash and Inetbet are able to overcome this problem I dont understand wtf is with CW.

I just contacted Tom about a withdrawal via courier cheque (I'm in the US)... As usual, he was right on top of it and said he'd take care of it for me tomorrow.

I'll come back here and post the results on the time it takes to deliver, whether fast or slow.

From my experience with checks, it takes 7 days from the day it was processed to be sent. Then it take 3 days to get it. Even though it comes Fedex it still takes 3 days.

Atleast that is the way it has been for me anyway, I hope this helps.

Okay, here is the latest on my situation:

First off, I made an error when cashing out. I made the $500 from a $15 chip I was given. I didn't read through the details completely enough to realize that my max cash out was $150... Entirely my fault.

Tom did get back to me this morning. He explained the fact I outlined and - since the amount is too low for a cheque payout - suggested I use PayMyCard. He even offered to wave the $9 fee for me; I just needed to send him the last 6 numbers of my credit card I'd like to use.

I got home from work and responded to his message at about 11:30am my time (US Eastern) with the required details. So far (it's 8:10 pm now) I haven't heard anything back, but in fairness, I'm not sure what time it was for Tom when I responded, and maybe they had wrapped up for the day.

I really like Club World, so I to tend to make sure I look at everything from their perspective, as well. I'm hoping this gets resolved soon, and the $150 I am entitled to makes its way to me relatively quickly.

I will keep you guys posted.

Curtis,

A pay my card is going to take at least 48 hours from "approved" status.

It is Friday night. If it is still "pending" in the cashier......... it will not be

approved until Monday.

This is just my experience in the past.

Just FYI.

Reps here are not live support etc. It is expected that the wait for replies is 24 hours minimum, and Mon-Fri only. Reps have other tasks to perform and often have to rely on other staff to deal with your issue. Sometimes you will get quick replies, but be patient and keep timezones in mind (which I see you have).

club world USA check withdrawal

Hi,

first post here... Just wanted to say that I am waiting for $900 check from Club world. was approved on Aug 9th. Asked live support about payment this morning and all they could say was they'd send message to accounting. They said it was sent but might be delay. Really no info.
I can honestly say I liked the games but I am not impressed with this site and don't expect to deposit again. I was not happy about $100 being removed from my win ( the bonus amount awarded on deposit ). The withdrawal page showed $1000 withdrawable. Why do they take the whole bonus away from cash? I know I played part of the bonus before I won. Anyway, doesn't matter now.. Can't fight them but their costs are high to withdraw if under $750 for check and bank ach is just a joke ( 5%??)

I just hope they pay my win.

I am not new to online gambling but I usually play at bingo sites. This is my first experience with a casino.

Shame that USA has to go thru this garbage.

thanks for listening

Hi

Obviously you haven't read the terms and conditions for bonuses, at all.
Had you read just 7 lines, you wouldn't have been surprised to see them remove bonus money.
If you want to continue to play in casinos, I strongly advice you to ALWAYS read the terms and conditions, before you deposit, or take a bonus, as the terms vary from Casino to casino, and you could get a way worse "surprise" than this one, if you don't know the rules.

This is why I don't usually post in the forums... I find this post a little rude. I DO read the rules but as I stated I usually play at bingo sites, not online casinos and they DON't take away bonus money given from a cash withdrawal. They remove any bonus bucks that are left in the account. Instead of trying to give useful tips, it sounds like (at least in text) that you are slapping my wrist.

When it states "withdrawable $1000" in the cashier window I would think that that is the amount available to me. Now that I know how they operate, if I deposit there again it will be without any bonus added.

I was looking for input from other online casino players, helpful tips, etc. not an "obviously you didn't" comment.

Sorry that you did not like LaHutti's post but you did express disappointment at the removal of the bonus at Club World and this indicates that you probably did not read the casino's terms carefully enough. Actually, whenever one takes a bonus the player should get to know whether bthe bonus is cashable, the wagering requirements and the excluded games. Club World has relatively low wagering requirements (usually 25x deposit+ bonus) and the bonus is uncashable ie its removed prior to a withdrawal. You should understand that eveyone's style of writing is different and when others are trying to illustrate a point some might get offended when there is no intention to do so. Actually, it may do you a world of good to actually try to grasp others' meaning instead of thinking the poster was trying to be mean. There are loads of information related to online gaming at this site and plenty of different characters, many of which are highly knowledeable like Vinyweatherman. Read more if you dont like to post but spare a thought for others who are there to help and give advice to you.

But what LaHutti told you was absolutely true. If

If you are going to play at online casino, you had better read all the T&C's period. Not just the ones with the bonus but the general ones as well. Because if you don't, you will encounter all kinds of problems.

All RTG casinos have sticky or phantom bonuses. Meaning the bonuses are removed at time of withdrawal. All free chips have max cashouts. Some deposit bonuses have max cashouts, some don't. These are the kinds of things that you need to know before you deposit.

Also, check out the CM accredited and rogue casino list. Will save you lots of headaches.

An assumed slap on the wrist from one of the CM members is lots better than a real kick in the butt from a rogue casino. So do your homework.

Thank you and Chuchu for the posts and the guidance. I love slots and that's why I wanted to try an online casino. I deposited at ClubWorld because of casinomeister's information on them. I did read thru the site rules and I read the rules for the bonus I picked when I deposited. I guess for me what is a little frustrating is the "cant cash out a bonus" language. In the online bingoworld, your account is set up with a cash account and a bonus account. When you withdraw, you lose any bonus money left but you get the cash withdrawal amount you requested. They use the same language (bonus is not cashable) so it seemed reasonable that when I played and was using "bonus" funds on slots and finally hit enough to withdraw, I would get the amount I put in for. Now I know and as I stated, if I ever did deposit again, I would not take a bonus.

I'm am very open to listening to anyone here who wants to help players, but when I state that I am new to online casinos and the first line of "help" I get is "obviously I didn't read the rules", that makes me a little put off.

The one thing you did right is play at an accredited casino. Although they do seem to have alot more delays lately, for some unknown reason, you will get paid. If you asked for courier check, it will take 5 business days from the time your withdrawal was processed for the processor to send it. It comes in an express saver envelope and then it takes 3 business days for it to reach your door.

I know it is frustrating, but patience is the key word here. And yes, some posts might seem a little "harsh" but you do have to remember it is the PLAYERS responsibility to read every line in those pages of Terms and Conditions. So you didn't do it this time, I bet you will next time. You learn from your mistakes, so take this as a learning experience and remember it, because when you make the same mistake twice, you can't blame anyone else but yourself.

Thank you! and I do believe I will get my check because of all the positive experiences I've seen here. I very much appreciate all of you taking the time to help and guide me. and you are right, it is definitely a learning experience.

Talk to you all soon...and thank you Casinomeister for having a forum where we can all help and learn from each other.. Hope one day to put up a winning casino screenshot

Completely understood... I hope my previous post didn't sound like I was complaining. I only posted the update because I said I would let others know how my situation unfolds... So far, nothing adverse has happened with CW that would give me reason for alarm. If my tone sounded like I was complaining, I apologize.

In lahutti's defence, you have been a member for nearly 9 months so it would have reasonable to assume you had some knowledge/experience.....hence the comment about reading rules, which applies equally to bingo sites I imagine.

If it were me, I would have thought "Yeah well I didn't read the rules very well" and accepted it. If you read them, but didnt understand them, you should have clarified them with the casino or in the forums. I really think you're being over sensitive about something very benign and not at all meant to offend, but rather inform.

Anyway, you'll get paid no problems so all will be well, and you're smarter for the experience.

@Chu....there's many more members with a lot more knowledge than Vinylweatherman (or me for that matter).....they just don't brag about it, and don't go off half-cocked about stuff about which they don't have expertise.

Sorry, just didn't want our newbs here to think he's the "go to guy" and lose their shirts because he's convinced them the AWP/fruities at Microgaming casinos are beatable or that he's made money from some "bug". The only way he's ever made money from a bug was he sold Christmas beetles to the neighborhood kids for 2p a piece....... :p .

The bonuses at Inetbet are cashable. I don't know if there are others out there.

Yes, most bonuses at Inetbet are cashable though there have been a couple of exceptions. Jackpot Capital, Slotastic, Intertops and Grande Vegas all have cashable bonuses but ludicrously high wagering requirements. Desert Night/Slotocash's bonuses are mainly cashable with the exception of the Sign-up bonuses though I am confused as well. The Club World group has uncashable bonuses but the wagering especially for table games is reasonable though you must check your player status carefully as wagering requirements may be higher if you are not a regular player.

Hey Friends,

Im the original person that started this post. just an update on my situation, NOTHING. cs said it should be here early this week. i havent even got the tracking info yet, so im doubtful about the time period given by cs. i asked why such a long delay, they said increases in check courier volume is at fault.

Also, Club World Casino Group should update the withdraw time periods on the site to reflect what the current times are. its misleading and is very unprofessional. also they dont even have the 'paymycard' option mentioned at all. how long would it take to update their sites, 20 seconds?

i have not had to wait this long in over 6 years, for my money. its truly sucks waiting like this. tomorrow will be the aug 20th, and my withdraw is from july 29. actually, im thinking this might rnd up be the longest ive ever had to wait since i started playing blackjack online over 8 years ago. truly frustrating.

whoever is still keeping up on this, ill post again soon.

I have written this before somewhere, but you can call FedEx, let them know you are trying to track a package but do not have a tracking number. Let them know it is coming express saver envelope, and they will ask you for some information and let you know if it was sent or not. If it was sent they will let you know what day it will arrive.

Not to be rude, but just to say; had you done your withdrawal request for 1100.00 cw would have taken the 100 bonus and still given you the 1000 withdrawable amount. Check with live help whenever doing a withdrawal and they are extremely helpful and can even sometimes tell you which is the best method to use at that time. Also I have played at bingo sites and casinos and even at bingo sites you have to read the terms and conditions at each site because they are not all the same. JMHO

Jazzy beat me to it...but I personally have never encountered a phantom, nor sticky, bonus at Inetbet. And no max cashout on any deposit bonus....only on no deposit, free chips (nor comp point redemptions either). Just my own personal experience.
