Okay so my missus received an email today advertising a 400% deposit match at Casino1 Club. I don't know a lot about the casino but I had read mixed reviews about them a few weeks ago and told her they would probably be okay as long as she kept within the rules.
This casino has NetEnt slots on their pages, but as soon as she made her deposit everything but lame GameArt slots disappeared from the site. Turns out bonus money can only be used on a handful of garbage unknown slots, but this isnt stated anywhere within the terms and conditions.
Amy asked for her deposit to be returned, but the request was denied. She asked to be shown where this restriction was described in the T&C - of course, it is not. She tried to tell the rep, Adam, via live chat that the GA games were terrible and she was extremely upset. The agent laughed in her face and closed the chat.
Bottom line? Stay away from this joke of a rogue casino!
