So,
At 31 march, i signed up on Gamdom.com being the only Crypto based casino. It is a bit of a weird one because it's primarily target is CS Go skins or something with a casino next to it. They do offer lots of games that i was interested in. So i decided to create a account, hit verification already which was set to Pending. I decided to drop in 500 euro worth of crypto using ETH and i've send this straight from my binance account to the given adress. But, i made a bit of a mistake here. On accident ive send ERC20 to this ETH account which is technically possible but it will make the funds in a way useless because it's not ETH.
Normally doing a transaction from one to another strange adress can yield into complete funds lost. But this is'nt really the case with ERC20. Ive filed a support ticking using their info@gamdom.com mail adress. The first response took over 48 hours while send from monday and finally getting an answer on wednesday. They basicly wrote, you send in a wrong format thus your funds are lost. So i replied to them to find a sollution because it's still in their wallet and ERC20 can be converted or simply send back. They hold the tokens to these accounts and because of that it's virtually impossible to call this a case of 100% lost funds.
I did'nt get an answer (obvious) and i wrote up to 8 different emails in the course of days. No response. Thats just how fantastic their overall support is. Someone tipped me to contact Tether which is the responsible party for ERC20 in a nutshell. They are able to retrieve the funds. I copy paste the email from Tether to support@gamdom.com followed with my gamdom ID and suddenly they can respond within 1.5 hour on a normal working day. They want to know how to reach out for Tether, on which i gave the ticket ID. So in a nutshell this might lead to a reasonable outcome, but my gut tells me they are just looking for ways to avoid to return the money.
Overall my experience to this point has bin absolute shit. And if it was'nt for Tether to intervene the case would have bin pretty much lost. I know streamers are promoting this casino in particular, but i strongly suggest reading any of the

to get a clear understanding of what is going on there. My reviews are being removed from various sites because, well, one hand washes the other obvious while my experience has bin a genuine and real one. I know it was my mistake to begin with, but appearantly there is a way out; the casino could have proposed to transfer the funds back with minus of any of the transaction fee's or seek for another sollution. It was only then when i hauled in Tether to the party they suddenly can respond in a quick and fast matter to their support tickets.
