I just don't think there is a better casino out there. I am still dumbfounded by what they did. I have lost a $100 credit from Visa due to Visa Canada not allowing gambling transactions. This was almost two months ago. They have tried and tried to recover the funds from their provider to no avail as of yet. They offered to reimburse me the $100 and would continue the investigation. I was truly not comfortable with this. Here was their response:

Of course we are certain about this as it is also no fault of yours and you are our esteemed client so we feel an obligation to pay you what is yours.
Also there is absolutely no reason for you to deposit funds Adriana. All we ask is for a screenshot of your EcoPayz account and we shall do the rest.

Like WOW! There was $100 sitting in my account. Not only that, I have harrassed these people thinking the monies were sitting in their account. Apparently it has not been. They definitely have earned my loyalty and respect. I will not withdraw those funds until they get reimbursed as I do not feel it is fair that they need to pay for this. But all I can say is why would you play anywhere else? I know where I stand every spin when I take a bonus -- screen showing you exactly how much further you need to hit WR. I also got comped once when having a bad streak without any hassle. Thank you Igor, Daniel and Michael. You are truly the epitome of outstanding customer service. Adriana.

For reference, Vanilla Mastercard Canada is accepted everywhere I've used it (incl. BETAT). I never much liked the Visa CCs.

I was extremely pleased with the service they provide. I had a massive win on DOA on the weekend and I as it was my first withdrawal I had to be verified and email my verification docs through. In their T&C's it says that it can take up to 5 days to be verified, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was told only 3 hours later that I was now verified and able to withdraw.

Deposits aren't the issues just withdrawals. A lot of casinos do not accept Mastercard as a form of withdrawal. Finally got myself an Ecopayz after this experience.
