Wow, what a waste of time. Unfortunately you have to sign up to find out how good/bad the experience is going to be. Signing up went smooth, depositing with my new Titanium Visa was no problem, then it all went for a shit.

The games are limited, they take forever to load, and then the reels spin for 30 seconds before anything happens. I did have another flash window open, so when they started to stop it was like a usual RTG. These were the RTG's, their proprietary games were worse, if they even loaded.

I was given a 10% bonus on my 50.00 deposit, but after trying the games I decided it was a waste of my time. When I checked the transaction at Visa, they charged me 52.00, so I guess there is a fee for using Visa. Then I discovered that the only cashout option was by check.

I went to live chat and they were very helpful, telling me that I didn't meet the WR for the bonus, and it would be deducted from my withdrawal. No problem there, just get me outta here. I was told I would have to submit docs, no problem there either, form filled out and everything emailed within 10 minutes, no response from them in 6 hours, even to just acknowledge receipt.

They did say that if I made a small deposit from Moneybookers, then I could withdraw the full amount back to MB, so that helps a little.

Ratings wise, CS is good, the fee for using Visa is moronic, but the worst was the way the games played, so I have to rate this one UNINSTALL.

Glad I am not the only one that thinks their casino is below average.

On the plus side they have what I believe is the best software for playing poker I have ever seen and it's a pleasure to play poker there. There are so many players that it's easy to find a game at any dollar level. They even tell you what you have in your hand(ie flush or straight or whatever) which is really great because sometimes you can lose site of what you have going in your hand. They really do have the best poker room around.

On the games side they leave a lot to be desired. I play mostly craps and roulette. Their craps table is OK but they offer only American Roulette which has terrible odds. That really surprised me given they are a Euro Casino. You would think they would offer Euro Roulette(single zero) which offer much better winning odds.

I give them a C rating.

sometimes opinions are so different....
IMO Bodog is very good now, with fast cashouts and good rtp....and no spinning problems.
the only problem is: I cant deposit there, no visa no MC accepted.
I used to play quite a bit untill few months ago when MY credit cards stopped working there.

For me Bodog is also a very good online casino.

I haventhad any problems with the reels spinning to long.
Payouts are really fast (even for US and CA)
Customer Support is splendid!

From my experience, something changed at Bodog to the better during the past few months. After having quite weird blackjack runs there for several months until around October (the usual things that makes one believe RTGs software is rigged) the game started to show a quite normal behaviour. But I must admit, that after a decent cashout by year end, I didn't want to cross check up to now whether this was an exceptional phase before christmas or will last.

So at the moment: Positive, but yet to be verified :)

Cheers!

There is one point I need to clear up, the 2.00 fee was not charged by Bodog Canada, they finally updated my transactions on the Titanium card, and it seems that they charged me a 3% Foreign Exchange Transaction fee for using a CAD card to deposit in CAD.

As to the slow reels, I had this problem with Lock Casino as well during peak traffic time, where it wouldn't log in for multiple attempts, it lost the connection switching games, and then the reels spun forever. I know it ain't my system or ISP, as other RTG's are fine. I played on Clubworld right after with no problems. It MAY be a different server for USD accounts?

If they can't afford the bandwidth, then I can't afford to play there.

I will speak with the casino manager about this! Thank you for the feedback :)

Ok guys, the casino manager is aware of the issue, he apologizes for any inconvenience, and his technicians are investigating in order to remedy this issue as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience,
Becky
