What you receive also often depends on if it's weekend or not Most managers and VIP reps seem to be off during those days..
If my B-Day falls on weekend, i'm cheeky enough to send a polite reminder here or there, and often get belated goodies

5 or 6 years ago you'd get loads...But last 2 years was the least to say very very disappointing.
Even at casino's where I had deposited loads of times and did not even make any decent WD's.
This year a new chance. Signed up for a couple of new casino's and closed accounts with others.
No one will ever top GUTS anyway where Ben and his team gave me 250 quid with no WR.
That was so awesome to get. ^^
We will see on July the 3th what this year brings.

Birthday was on sunday and not a dime off any casino, or even a promo offer! The worst site I find is vera and john. never a free penny, promotions I find impossible to win with. being playing here for years and loyalty is a joke. just them stupid coins that you win pennies off. and quickly gobbled up by their tight slot machines.
The live casino is even worse. Impossible to win on I find.
Turns out I have kept records of any birthday bonuses I have graciously been granted (the PA in me) and I just worked out in the last 5 years I received the following amount of birthday specific bonuses .... won't name em, but you get the picture...
