Oh I didn't know that. The rule just says the minimum bet (not base) should be $0.10 or greater, which it is.

This one qualifies. Although it was pointed out that its CA$, that is extremely close to US$ and in no way looking to bend the rules IMO. It has not been clearly stated on the OP that is must be US$, we just said $. I think for future we will make this clearer, to avoid confusion.
