That's strange to hear. My last withdrawal at Snatch was paid in under 24 hours, this was a month ago. I also managed to cashout $50 (from no deposit bonus) from iwild a couple of months ago.
Edit: just checked a few forums and saw plethora of complaints(a lot of them were resolved).
But it is alarming that these guys have so many complaints.

Read the thread on there. Most of them get resolved after 3 months of fighting and there is warning from the moderators..the last post on the snatch thread is actually warning.

I think I've had 9 or 10 bonuses on different games this evening and this is the first one to improve on what I've already submitted. Hacksaw keeps draining my balance too. First spin bonus on Hand of Anbuis but it paid 2x. 4 scatter book of time paid 10x and a 3 scatter paid 3x. Yuck!
