MT secure trade email problems / balance disapearing suddenly

I have been trying to reset my password at insta casino as the system for some reason did not recognize my password (i know it was correct)
but the password reset email took about 5 hours to come. Support even tried to send me there and then. it took 4 hours to come through.

Then trying Toms casino it just gets worse was playing on a bonus was playing down the last 5 euros of wagering on a bonus
for a cash out of around 160 when my balance suddenly zeroed out. Then the site logged me out. Same thing did not recognise my password
- hit send password reset no email.

Something not right now at all plus my balance has gone suddenly. Managed to check the logs before being booted and I had not played max bet by mistake or anything like that.

Oh and MG games were unplayable error after error ... :mad: anyone else had the above issues ?

the newer MT secure trade sites seems really buggy ...
 
Well the missing balance at tomscasino was corrected. An unfinished game on GOT because it kept crashing. Anyway they did re-add the balance. But I cant get access to the account
the password reset emails for MT secure trade sites apart from guts are delayed coming through by so many hours by the time the reset email comes the link has expired. I did a trace through the message header tool for gmail
for Cashimo (mt secure trade) see the output below so cant access these 2 accounts (cashimo / toms ) no idea why my passwords stopped worked in the first place. But stuck on this one and support dont know what really to do! :mad:

Not sure if they've fixed it across all skins but MT Secure trade sites did have a problem when playing with a bonus.

The final spin which clears the last pounds/pence of the wagering used (maybe still does at some places) to clear the balance completely, this is basically resetting your 'bonus balance' to zero (which is correct as WR has been successfully completed)

The delay was with then transferring the amount into cash balance, hence the reason we experienced the 'balance wipeout'

The first time it happened to me the balance did not re-instate, support had to do some digging and a couple of hours in my full cash balance was in place.

The problem improved in that when the WR was completed and the balance disappeared a simple trip to the kitchen to make a brew, come back and all would be good.

Happened a lot to me at Guts but think its fully fixed there now, can't fully confirm as just lately I keep busting out well sort of WR.
 
Pleased I have seen this thread as I thought I had gone bonkers at casinopop (MT Securetrade site). They gave me a few free spins due to my account blocked errors and while I was playing, my balance zeroed out. Not a problem as it was low anyway, but couldn't figure out where it went!
 
Yeah seems like a problem with the bonus. but that at least is resolved but still cant access my account.
And support even said "did you try clear your cookies"!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad::mad::mad:

I nearly punched the screen. I work with computers 15 hours a day! This is an email server problem. The emails are not getting through.
so my money is stuck in my account. I cant access it. And they have no idea why my original password did not work when I tried to re-log in. I use last past to secure my passwords
and in ensures I never forget the passwords I use. so frustrating.

Why they cant just add a new email or send me a password reset link within chat is beyond me ....

and to be honest the site was sticky / at times not responsive (tomcasino) and game lags and game errors. Sure that could be an MG problem. But still over all totally frustrating.
Support are polite and I know they only have so much they can do. But this waiting sucks. Online gambling should be easy hassle free - with this lot so far it is not.
 
Tom's Casino was awful yesterday, none of the NetEnt or Play n Go games were working on desktop or mobile. Support said a technical problem was ongoing.

All MT Secure Trade casinos are suffering issues and I wish they would man up and admit it!

Yes it was crap really crap. And then suddenly not recognizing my user details and still no email to reset password.
They are going to process my funds back to skrill but so far nothing. And when I asked them "when" they have now stopped responding to my messages.
They have my money locked in there casino and I want it out! Another one goes on "to avoid" in the future list. I expected more given they are
under MT Secure Trade but my over all feeling is they have rushed this launch. Its messy. Will update when I get my funds when ever that is!
 
Played today 4hrs at Rizk.....all smooth sailing and no disconnections.

So somebody in the group is doing it right. :rolleyes:

Agreed Rizk have it bang on so far. And none of what im moaning about here is directed at Rizk just to be clear :) Rizk like (betspin at the start) are doing everything right. lets hope it continues :)
