Question MrVegas And Videoslots Account

Hi, I have had an account with Videoslots.com for some years now. I have just noticed MrVegas and I signed in using the same info with Videoslots I keep getting a message saying to transfer my details to MrVegas from Videoslots with a yes and no button however when I press yes it doesn't do anything. I've asked live chat at MrVegas and he doesn't know what's going off told me to make a new account using a new email I did that and now I got a message saying the account is similar to another one?
