I withdrew £80 in 3 separate transactions at 8.58pm last night and still have received nothing in my bank. I've messaged them and they are saying to wait but I really need the money in my bank today before 1pm but still nothing

I’m not sure why you withdrew £80 across three separate transactions one after another but that might have raised a flag with MrQ requiring a manual approval. And it’s the weekend.

I did it over those many transactions as I wanted all my money out and it was only letting me withdraw bits at a time I've still received nothing and now it's18.08pm and NOW its saying I can't get into my account because I've self excluded myself which I've done no such thing and I still have £30 left in that account which I now can't access!

Well i guess it all depends on your messages to them.

You stated on here you needed your money by 1pm. If you were messaging them the same and sounded desperate then I would imagine they have took it upon themselves to self exclude you for showing signs of being a problem gambler.

It doesn't matter if or what time I wanted the money by its my money so I want it. They soon enough take the cash from you but when it comes to giving it they just do as they please

It matters a lot.

If you are messaging a casino for a small sum.of money and desperate to get it as soon as possible then any reputable casino would see it as a gambling problem and self exclude you.

It doesn't matter what time you wanted the money but if you said something indicating a problem they will self exclude you.

Its fine to want your money by a certain time but if you need as little as £80 or £240 depending on what you meant by 1pm on a certain day it would be evidence you were gambling outside your means. Did you mention any urgency in getting your funds in communication via live chat or email?

Well they still haven't sent me the money so they can't be that bothered about me if I was desperate for the money
 
Surely if I had a gambling problem I would just bet the money on other games and not withdraw it?
the exclusion and the withdrawal are two separate events. The exclusions only relation to the withdrawal is your urgency in receiving it.

They are preventing you from future play/deposits and the withdrawals will be processed eventually or after further verification.
 
I honestly can't remember it's been so long
if you haven't it might be the reason for delay. if you cant contact without logging in it will be a bit of a PITA but you will get emails eventually.

As far as the exclusion the casino's hands were tied they had to exclude you or risk getting in trouble or fined (obviously this is only if you communicated to them similar sentiment as you did on here).

I'm assuming live chat doesn't work when you are logged in? If you find their support/verifications email and email you should make some progress. I would ask 1. if they need any documents from you 2. what is holding up the withdrawal.
 
Yeah that's who I was emailing today the support team they said they had my withdraw requests but that was at 8 this morning and still nothing. It's been over 24 hours now and still not received anything
