Morning all (4am.here.in UK)
Yesterday, my fat fingers pressed the deposit icon instead of the Encore icon so I could play the slot battles.
A pop-up appeared stating I had reached my NET deposit limit.
I clicked the button in regards to increase to see what it was all about.
About 30mins later I get an email saying to increase my limit I would have to provide my source of wealth - no details of what the current NET deposit limit is. My account if fully verified and source of wealth was previously supplied.

So I reached out to CS who informed me to reply with my documents and state the limit I wish to increase to. I asked.what it was currently and they advised to reply to the email as they do not have access to this information.

I reply tomthe email asking what the current limit is and got the following reply:
"We have introduced these limits to ensure customers play at a level that is sustainable and affordable.

The NET deposit limit is an enhanced player protection measure introduced voluntarily by Videoslots. We wanted to introduce it in a way which would ensure players had the opportunity to experience it first hand, rather than anticipate what the experience may be like.

I cannot discuss any details of the current limit unfortunately.

Kindly reply with your budget for gambling which you can deposit comfortably each month without this affecting you negatively and we can try and work it out from there."

I don't understand as to how I am expected to agree to an increase (not once did they mention decrease) this limit without knowing what the current limit is.
How can they not know what the current limit is or even not be able to discuss this?

I'm reluctant to send anything via email that contains personal information or disclose financial information by email.

Has anyone else had this?
My current Deposit Limits are set as £1k daily, £7k weekly and 30k monthly

videoslots and mr vegas seem to set loss limits and deposit limits when you turn your back, basically i had a deposit limit set up then all of a sudden i had this loss limit tampered with, very annoying because i didnt know nothing about it untill one day while playing i get this pop up saying loss limit reached,im afraid the good days are over for slotting looks like more restrictions are coming for uk players, automatic affordability,no more free bets or bonuses and limit on the amount you can place in a single bet, they are looking at all of these,if these do come in that will be the end for me without a shadow of a doubt

Stop playing at Mr Vegas would be my advice. They seem to be no good at all.
Lots of complains, bad CS and no rep in here says it all.

There are better casinos.

Thank you for your reply but why bad mouth (or intentionally) a rep that is active on here?
It achieves absolutely nothing and kind of makes you look sour. From posts I've seen they've been helpful although slow (they do have other lives).

My question was not about the rep or game play at Mr Vegas but the NET deposit limits.
All I want to know is how do I find out what this Net limit is set at, when CS and CS by email are unable to confirm this?
