Hi,

I've not had much experience (or luck either, lol!) with MG slots, since I've mostly always stuck with Playtech. I've got plenty MG casino accounts but use them rarely since I always seem to pick their slots which I'm guessing are high variance, or just don't want to pay out

I'm usually pretty lucky at Playtech which is why I play there more often. Am I choosing the wrong slots at MG?....played Hitman quite a bit; good for feature triggers but wins can be rubbish. Only other slots I've really tried are Mad Hatters, Moonshine and Break the Bank - and a lot of the time these can take forever to even achieve the feature

What are the best MG slots? Obviously it would only be an opinion but I'd love to hear what the popular ones are and give them a go :D

There are many popular MG slot games.

I would try Thunderstruck II, Immortal Romance, Battlestar Galactica, The Finer Reels Of life, Playboy, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, Hellboy, Tomb Raider.

My favourite slot is : Supernova

Kind Regards

phew, you really like those high variance ones, huh?..lol

Thinking about my favorite MG games takes me back, I play the android app now so not as much variety :(

My favs are low/medium variance:

Your lucky day
Suga mama
Monsters in the closet
Riviera riches
Gold factory
Sir wins-allot
Artic agents
Money mad monkey (3 different bonus rounds). Has good potential as well.
Wheel of plenty (more interactive, good for low rolling, only available on flash client).

I've been playing allot of IR lately but thats high variance.

I play low variance and mostly older slots. The new slots tend to force you to play all lines and even though they have all the bells and whistles they suck the money out. I play to make a profit and like to grind out my wins.

My favs are:
Celtic Crown
Fearless frederick
Flying Circus
Jellyfish Jaunt
Lady Of The Orient
Mark of Madusa
Path Of The Penguin
Porky Patout
Quest For Beer
Stunt Pilot
Witch Dr

I found Sir Wins alot and Alley Cats to fall more into your low variance slot. The second one you generally do get a 5 to 10 cent win on a 9 cent bet 3 out of 5 spins. It helps that most symbols you only need two to win something.

Aside from those mentioned, if you want low variance and longevity then you could do worse than Microgaming's Gladiator game with 100 free spin feature or if you want a pop at a progressive, Tunzamunni used to do it for me (on autoplay!). Also reletaively low variance and fun is Kathmandu.

After playing NetEnt casinos for seven years I started playing MG slots intensely for the last cpl of months.
IMO it doesn´t matter that much which slot you play. What you need to do is to jump around quite a lot between the slots, since they appear to be stuck in a certain RTP during a play session. Some slots remain cold for days if not weeks while other change from day to day. You do not want to get stuck on a cold slot that will remain so no matter how much you play it.
The most recent big win was on Harveys slot (turned 280euro into 1800euro) and FROL (500x bet). Some hidden jewels are "Break away" - amazing potential and Throne of Egypt (highest paying bonus game?). Stash of Titan can pay well on a good day.
Some slots you should avoid IMO are ISIS, Karate Pig, Thunderstruck I, cashapillar. Avalon is interesting- it has a good hit potential but rather seldom- most often it drains your bank roll slowly. Hellboy may pay very well in the bonus game.

Some days the entire casino is cold, better come back another day. If the next day cold too.. consider taking a longer break. (usually happens after a withdrawal).

In contrast to NetEnt I find that with MG slots you have the potential for a big win on any day, any time. NetEnts usually pay poorly during weekends, with an absolute dip on saturday afternoon. (IMO)

good luck

4 out of those 5 are among my favourite MG games LOL but yeah, higher volatility for sure.

I forgot about Harveys - that's a decent golden oldie.

In terms of Low Variance there's quite a spread usually the amount of lines a game has will determine the level of variance but then you have to factor the 5 of a kind max payout there are many factors.
Id take a shot at some nine liners ...ill throw you three Thunderstruck I , Ladies Night , and Adventure Palace that's my five cents worth but there are a lot of popular slots e.g Immortal Romance , Thunderstruck II , and etc welcome to the world of MG.
Also end of the day doesn't matter if its low or high variance its all random and thing is you can go into a low and be conservative with the betting and sometimes get no where ; where as you could jump into a high-v make a couple of spins and hit a big one ...but don't quote me on that ;).

My favourite low variance MG slot is Liquid Gold, great for grinding WR.
But if you dont trigger the bonus within 30 spins, forget it and move on.
When its 'in the mood' you'll get the free spins every 10-20 spins.

Other good low variance games are both Tomb Raider slots and as mentioned the 9-liner Thunderstruck clones.

Oh, and stay away from Playboy.
Thats probably the highest variance game they have.

I don't like high variance games much, so tend to steer clear of the "big name" 243-ways ones (TS2, IR, TFROL, etc...)
A couple of others which I do really like are Break Away & Untamed Panda (the only shit thing about this one is you can't change your bet size without permanently losing all your saved icons, which really SUCKS :()

Many of my other favourites have already been mentioned, but I'd like to add The Great Galaxy Grab and Scoop the Cash, which are the only 2 MG slots I "high roll" on (bets from £2.50 - £10 per spin).

Tomb Raider 2 is also a very low variance game, and is good if you are prepared to put at least 500 spins through it. (I say that because the Global Bonus game can pay total crap sometimes, so you need to play enough to get it at least 2 or 3 times IMPO).

Just a few more I like: Glory of Rome, Witches Wealth, Cashanova, Cashville & Dyno Might.

KK

I'll second what KK said about Tomb Raider II - I use it quite a bit for WR grinding. Also No Worries Multiplayer slot (can have nice leftover mini-jackpots sometimes), Big Kahuna Snakes & Ladders and Skull Duggery.

I has my best luck with Thunderstruck II (turned £50 into £7200) but its not been paying out that well recently, played 200 spins with no bones or wild storm today (been pretty bad all of September for me) also really like Immortal Romance, Break Away and Deck the halls

Immortal Romance is likely the single most popular MGS slot for the simple reason that (IMO) it's the best online slot ever made.

I agree with your post. At every casino I play I see that Immortal Romance still belongs to one of the favourites among the online casinos (promotion material) and players. I think the music is excellent during the bonus features and the potential is always there in all features, with the Random Wild Desire being the cherry on top if you can get a few wilds. I at least never seem to get bored from playing it.

Btw...I would advice the OP to avoid The Dark Knight slot. Never experienced a slot that could be cold for months, I just stopped playing it eventually.

Totally agree with you here.
IR is never boring me,although I had my losses as well on this slot, you know there is big hit potential in each and every spin.
Got a few really nice wins on this,I think more then on any other 243 liner slot from MGS although I like the whole range.

Had the bonuswheel yesterday on TDK on a €0.60 spin, first time I ever triggered this feature and ended up with the MINI jackpot of €10.09 hehehehe...
Did video it,will upload it later today,it came really close to the Major Jackpot of 1.2m$ but I know that is only eyecandy lol.
