I have a whole slew of more transcripts that drip with lies from starluck, even contacted Panama's law enforcement. Anything else I can do????/

Isn't that transcript, that promises me my money and even says it is already being processed, some pretty major lying, I never got my money, and I was promised no-one would lie to me. Now they keep telling me that Bill will for sure contact me, he never does. Otherwise if I ask when Bill might contact me, they hang-up, even though the site says "all questions are welcome"
