Greetings Fellow Meister Members,

I feel as if I am making a confession since I have already had more then my share of problems with the Jackpot Factory Casinos.. IE- ALL jackpots and All slots.

But yes I decided to play yesterday at All Jackpots. I used click2pay and put a measly 25 bucks in ( I shouldn't say measly considering the financial state my country is in now ...LOL)

anyway As usual click2pay ( I have used them for years never had a problem with them and still don't ) approved the deposit however it did not enter the casino. I called click2pay they gave me the transaction numbers I called the casino and they stated they had those transaction numbers to and I should just wait for the money to go in. The man I spoke to was really just out of it! anyway I called an hour later spoke to someone else I gave them all the information he stated he See's the transaction and the financial department will look in to it. I hear nothing all day from them yesterday. I called earlier this morning and the casino is still giving me the run around. I have mailed them the click2pay confirmation e-mail confirming this transaction but I am not getting anywhere with this casino. I understand 25 does not seem like a lot but then again I am certainly not donating it to Jackpot factory either.I will wait to the rest of the day to see what happens and then I will shut down all the Jackpot factory casinos I have. Many here have had so many complaints with Jackpot factory I think it should go back to that Non recommended casino list where it once was! Thanks for letting me vent!
Hugs:)

damn, I thought JPF finally came up with a cure for ED when I saw this thread...:D

But seriously, why are you using C2P? You do realize that to WD any money from them, it has to be a minimum of $1501?

Nonetheless, I hope they clear this up for you. Have you tried to PM their rep here on the forum yet?

LOL No not yet.He is not to thrilled with me either. The last time I complained it took the same amount of time to get a reply from him as with the casino. I will give him some credit though I think it was Sabath in Israel
( as it soon will be now)when I put that complaint in so he could not reply until it was over. But non the less I have had to many issues there this will be the last time I deposit in that casino again. As far as click2pay I like using that method. Any wins I cashin I always get them through quicktender. So i'm fine using click2pay for deposits.

Jackpot Factory- The Rip off casino

Day 4 and still the casino did put my deposit in my account. I have spoken to them again and again I have sent them the transaction numbers and details that click2pay mailed me for them to see that they were paid. But still they are not giving me the money I deposited. This casino really treats there customers like crap. I guess this 25 dollars is to small for them to even care. I have been charged for this they have been paid and they still are not giving me my money.

Yet again they screw up with FINANCIALS.

I had numerous problems with them, and it was all down to the terrible levels of incompetence with Inexia, their "in house" processor. There is often NO communication whatsoever, they even ignore senior CS reps who try to get a grip with a player's issue. ALL communication has to be via Email, CS CANNOT phone the financial team, and if Emails are ignored, nothing can be done, which is probably what is happening here.
This is a particularly damning case, as all the evidence of the transaction is there, and agreed by both sides, yet the final step, a simple one, of pushing the transaction through seems to have eluded them for three days.

I would have thought an in house processor would improve things, but the opposite seems to be the case here, as though the staff at Inexia are not trained at running an efficient processor, but have been cobbled together from spare staff elsewhere in the somewhat secretive group that is the overall owner of the Jackpot Factory group, who seem to hide behind a Belize registered company, but are actually Israeli. The overall owners run Inexia as a separate entity, a subsidiary, but to all intents they are "in-house", since they ONLY process for the Jackpot Factory, and not any other casino or group.
This corporate structure is quite a weak point, and constantly leads to simple problems developing into a public relations disaster before the fire fighters (David Brickman and Co) come along to put it out, not always successfully.

There are probably legal and tax reasons for this structure, but it hinders the relationship between player and casino. Jackpot Factory also have another nasty habit, and that is refunding all winnings back to a previous deposit method based on some obscure formula, so don't bank on getting the proceeds out by Quicktender, they could easily go back into Click2Pay, and only be good for redepositing unless over $1500.
