Anyone have any experience with them? I see they also own 888.com. I took Moon games WB and i diddent read their terms propperly before i accepted but i made it trough their horrible wagering D+B x25 BUT slots only count 90% !!!???

I now have a pending cashout but their terms state a WD is pending for 3 buisness days. So basicly the will not process it before wedensday/thursday next week

Anyone ever cashed out from any of their sites?

Yes, they wil ask for docs, if they haven't submit them via the portal in your account. The 72 hr. pending on 888casino for example is pretty much OK as it includes weekends (well it does on 888casino where I've played) and it doesn't go over 72 in my experience. Once the 72 has passed I found cash back to my card in 48 working hours. I've never had a problem getting paid at Cassava sites. The only issue seems to be they won't communicate if you PAB, they are no-can-do plus beware you haven't used bonuses or self-excluded from any of the other tens of Cassava sites as this has been used against players in the past and caused payout issues.

I played at some of their sites some years back and they paid me hassle free back to my PayPal account. No docs required, probably because it was PayPal.

Then I read about them here at CM and didn't give them more money.

There are many threads about them, they even tried accreditation here at Casinomeister. It didn't work...

I hope you'll receive your winnings, then stay away...

Theres a hell of a lot of diffrent sites than 1s mentioned above, Nether had trouble with withdraw and it must of been thousands over the years, The respond to emails pretty quick after the 1st 1, If you have not done any thing wrong than should be all sweet

If I remember correct they have denied winnings because players have used bonuses at another casino in their group, this isn't something they have written in their terms. The players couldn't have known about it.

I can see if I find threads about this.

EDIT: Found one warning from maxd from this year:

This is interesting:

The problem: they never say what other sites are theirs!

So if i took a bonus on another site they have then i wont get paid? I use the same email adresse for all online gaming. And i got the bonus trough live chat from them. Starting to get nervous.. Since it was a 800€ cashout..

Also i have about 40€ worth of loyalty points ive earned while making the WR. If i cash these inn now will it be a problem? Should i wait until im paid?

Ummm... these are the questions to ask BEFORE you deposit and play.

I don't understand why people that have a wealth of knowledge and experience at their fingertips just choose to ignore it. I mean, why even be here?

Bonuses aren't usually an issue with Cassava sites, as they like you to play at more than one but ALWAYS check the terms to see if this is the case. I know they have acted previously against players going through their sites using SUBs but AFAIK this is used only against the obvious p!ss-takers. I have taken a bonus at 888games/888casino and another I can't recall and on the last 2 occasions pointed this out on live chat before depositing to check how the terms are being interpreted and was confirmed it was OK after they checked my history - ironically I have done well at 888 and profited and successfully withdrawn from the 3 888 sites and converted all the bonuses!
The main issue seems to be SE - there are numerous instances of players having winnings retained and deposits returned because they forgot they SE'd ages ago at another Cassava site, perhaps not being aware they were all the same group. This definitely IS in their terms but is poor on their part that their identification checks actually allow players to sign up using SE'd details and deposit and win before kicking them out.
I'd go on live chat if I were you and put your mind at rest. They aren't a rogue group, they'll always pay legitimate winners in a timely fashion and have good bonuses etc. but due to being a massive company they consider CM a bit beneath them and thus won't communicate with Max, even if you tell them to. Basically a 'proceed with caution' - and caution means THOROUGHLY checking the terms, and preferably going on chat and then keeping a copy of it in case needed later.

As maxd pointed out:

The problem: they never say what other sites are theirs! They've published partial lists, occasionally refer to a few connected sites, but in all the years I've been doing what I do I've never seen complete disclosure of all the Cassava sites including their many white labels. The most complete list I've ever seen can be found via the list of "licensed operators" here -- the Remote Gambling page at gibraltar.gov.gi -- but that information may or may not be complete and certainly isn't disclosed at all of the individual white labels.

So ... how is player supposed to know that they are breaking the "have or previously had an account with any of the websites owned or operated by the Company" clause? The point is you can't, you'll only know for sure that a site you've played at is "owned or operated by the Company" when they tell you it is. So they can confiscate your winnings for something you could not reasonably have known or prevented.

This means that it's not always enough to read and agree to terms because the casino implement some things afterwards.

No, they don't! To me, legitimate winners are those who play and win and don't breach any terms at that specific casino. If you have another description of what legitimate winners are you might tell us?

Well i just found out i had an old account at 888.com that i could not log on to for some reason.. And reading their terms:

The Company reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. The Company further reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Moon Games account, inter alia, in any of the following circumstances:

if you have self excluded on any other website operated by the Company;

I guess there goes my 800€......

I guess i just have to wait and see what happens. As im not sure why my 888 account is closed. My Moongames account is still open so maybe i will get paid.

But i find it very odd and unethical to have such terms. Why on earth would they allow you to register a new account using the same email if its not allowed? Im sure if they run all these sites under the same management it would be really easy to have an automated system that blocks u from all sites in the network. Unless they have this clause just to pry your winnings from you if you win, but let you keep depositing if you lose? :axeman2:

And who reads those terms?? I ALWAYS read bonus terms. But not the standard terms. One would think such terms would not be allowed by the regulators.

My account with 888 was closed.. I think i just closed it a long time ago.. Maybe im not excluded, ot the exclusion has ended, im not sure..
