Mobjackpot withdrawal times

Hi has anyone been lucky enough to win on mobjackpot ? If so how long did you have to wait to receive your winnings ? I’ve had a withdrawal request approved on the 7/8/18 and still waiting .ive had another withdrawal approved yesterday so hoping to get that soon . I have emailed mobjackpot 3 times but no response

On fully verified accounts (KYC passed) it takes these time scales in our testing cycle...

>> 38 hours and 5 minutes << MARCH 2018

>> 41 hours and 39 minutes << SEPTEMBER 2017

>> 40 hours and 13 minutes << MAY 2017

There is a reversal period of circa 36 hours and weekends are subject to longer waiting times. When it comes to support, it's hit and miss with this group.

Hi nicola thanks for your reply . I was asked for proof of ID for my first request which I sent .i did read on their website they only process wins on Mondays and Thursdays which is fair enough but surely if my first withdrawal was approved on the 7th I should be receiving it soon
