This was just a test... I noticed it when I wasn't playing like this... When I was playing normally, the same thing happened. Plus it's not funny that you lose a few cents each spin... It depends on how much you bet. You lose that amount even if you lose!

Probably regulations.
A booster based on how much you play must count as an incentive to play more.
Not allowed for swedish players.
