Ok received an email of thrills that states

How about 100% up to £25 extra on your next deposit?

Ok I thought 100% nice Friday bonus, Than underneath it states

A deposit of £50 will maximize your bonus and give you a total of £75 to play with

I thought thats not 100%, No where else in the email did it state 50%

So when I clicked the link it states 50%

I asked live help and was told it was a miss print Yes you heard it right a miss pint, Now mistakes can happen but please, This is not the 1st time nor the 2nd Thrills have done this with offers

Mis prints or 'Total fucking cock up's' as they are better known should be honoured by the casino in question.

It is after all THEIR fault, not just Thrills but I have come across this so, so many times.

I'm sure as they are a pretty decent outfit they would sort you out, if not give Erik a nudge mate, he is a top rep

On the other hand these sort of errors have worked out big time in my favour once or twice, Half the bonus (mad to start with) but a good start on slots so half the wagering and a cash out that probably would have been chobbled to pieces had I had to wager the full 100% worth lol.

Edit: Just checked my account and no offer at all for me, shame they'd of got today's £25 for a 50% match offer!

Oh do not get me wrong Jon, Thrills is one of the good ones and your in safe hands with Eric,

It was the miss print that put a smile on my face, I did hint that it was false advertising :) Which any way you put it it is false as its not 100%, I still might take a small deposit as at least they offer something,

Gets even funnier :)

So I go to deposit and whats sitting there? 100% lol, So took it and no bonus not added yet again, Live help very helpful as always did add it,

Very strange mate lol!

Wish I'd gone to chat and asked whether they could extend that offer to me.

Deposited elsewhere and lets just say its nearly gone and has been more of a chore than enjoyment!

Well I decided to have a quick £15 in videoslots, 27p bet on thunderstruck, gone in less than 2 mins :)

Games are still not showing on Thrills? tried diffrent browsers and delete cookies etc but not showing, only way I can search is the top left and manually find a game :(,

helps passing on to tech

Thunderstruck has been dead for weeks for me, Like all the Rams had been slaughtered! up until yesterday.

It was literally throwing the money at me at 32 Red, shame the WR and all the other cold games spoilt the party.

I managed top 50AK 3 times in the same session (hammer not wild) peaked at £195 (with WR still to go) but managed to withdraw only £40 :(

The problem I've always found with Thrills and SuperLenny bonuses, is that they fix the maximum amount in Euros.
They offer, say, 50% up to €35 to the Euro players and 50% up to £25 to the GBP players.

But, depending on the exchange rate, you quite often don't get the full £25 bonus, you get whatever €35 is worth, at the time.
It's often only a few pence short. but sometimes can be up to £2, which means you're only getting about 46-49% bonus.

On top of that, if you're a low roller, you'd have a start balance of €85 or 425 x 20c spins versus £75 or 375 x 20p spins

Most other casinos offer the same maximum amount ie, €35,£35 rather than the absolute value of €35, £25 ( which would actually be £24.67, based on the current exchange rate)
